Fast casual setting where you order at the front and find your own seat. So far, I haven't had anything that didn't taste good. Their pho ga is full of flavor, although a little fatty. Their pho bo broth is delicious as well, and their bun Bo hue has great flavors. The Bo ne is one of their best dishes, served with side of salad, hot piping banh mi and ice tea. All orders come in one size but they're all very filling! Highly recommend if you're ever in the area.

Being from Palo Alto and visiting Sacramento for the weekend, I discovered a gem in this restaurant. The D1 and Bun Bo were delightful--tender, juicy beef and a perfectly balanced soup. The pleasant decor, easy parking, and excellent service made my experience memorable. Definitely worth a visit! Highly recommend

I think this is a best Bo Ne I've had in the South Sac area and I've tried a few. For the price you get a lot and the meat tastes good. Eggrolls also very good and fresh.

Cute concept! Typically, you would order at the counter but since we were a group of seven, they offered for us to sit first. Once we figured out what we wanted, one person went to the counter to ordered. We got the Bo Ne and Bun Bo Hue. The Bo Ne was very good. The Bun Bo Hue was flavorful but the meat was very tough. Overall great flavors and would visit again.

The salted viet coffee is my favorite. Super strong and super rich. The food is pretty good too - great for weekend brunch w/ friends. I don’t know where they get their bread from or if it is made in house but the bread is the perfect crispy exterior and soft interior.

We've been to Di Kitchen a good amount of time and bc of the kids, I don't really get to check in or I forget. Happens when you have to many little ones. My usual go to is the bun bo hue or the Ga Nuong. Their bun Bo hue is not the best but it fills the belly & is tasty. Ever since my favorite spot for Bun Bo Hue their chef changed, I really haven't found a spot that can replace it without having to go to San Jose. I love the Ga Nuong bc I usually share with my daughter. I love the drink that comes with the order. The flavor of the chicken is on point. The chicken is juicy as well. Try to go there before noon bc the place starts to pick up and gets pretty busy. We've always been fortune to literally walk in before the rush.

The best coconut coffee in town. They offer a lot of other Vietnamese dishes as well. One of my favorites is the bo ne which is Vietnamese steak and eggs.

Located in a very popular Asian shopping center, Di Kitchen always looks busy inside with customers so we had to give it a try. You order food at the counter and pick it up when your number is called. Even the condiments are found at the counter. Their menu includes common dishes found in Vietnamese restaurants (e.g. vermicelli noodles, pho) but isn't as extensive compared to our usual place. They do offer more drinks (e.g. tea-based, coffee-based, fruit smoothies). We tried the pork belly banh mi, grilled pork vermicelli, iced coffee, and sea salt iced coffee. The pork was bland and over-cooked so the sandwich (despite the great bread) and vermicelli dish were both ok. I liked the egg roll which came with the vermicelli dish but I had to ask for more sauce (even though the serving size was on the smaller side). Unfortunately, the drinks were also just.. ok. The coffee drinks ($6.50 per drink) were filled to the top with ice and the coffee itself was fairly bitter.

We've been here few times now to get Bo Ne and pho. It's in the same plaza where Asian Pearl and other restaurants are located but at the end. Parking is easy to find, I don't think we ever had issue in this area. You walk into the restaurant and you order & pay first at the cashier. Bo Ne: This is one of their most popular dish on their menu and it does not disappoint. My husband and I have tried Bo Ne from different restaurants but this one is solid. You get a huge pieces of steaks, pate, two sunny side egg, baguette and side salad! The steak is cooked medium rare and it was delicious. You definitely will be stuffed if you eat this but it's worth every bite! Chicken Pho: I would say it's a nice calming dish if you don't want something too heavy. It's a simple noodle and the soup is delicious. You also get a veggies on the side (bean sprouts, lemon, jalapeno) to add into the pho! Overall it's one of our favorite restaurant to go to when we're in Sac!

The food is excessively sweet! While the concept of ordering at the counter is acceptable, the inconvenience arises when the dishes aren't served simultaneously. after placing the order, I had to repeatedly return to the counter every 10 minutes as each dish was ready, disrupting the dining experience.

Quite crowded on Saturday lunch, Self-service style (order and pay upfront then pick up your own food at the counter). I didn't like to have to self-serve hot soup or hot sizzling iron pan food in a crowded place where the bus person was just pushing the cart around you. They should have at least bring the food out to customers table for dine-in. This time, the service wasn't worth 10% tip. Good food, most dishes tend to have a sweet taste but delicious as well. Recommend the sizzling plate ribeye steak.

4.8/5 stars I tried Di Kitchen when they first opened and was amazed by how good the food was. This is now my 4th time here. I tried Bò Né (5/5 stars) for the first time when we went. For the price, I like how they included a side salad and iced tea. Their bread is perfectly crunchy on the outside and fluffy soft in the middle. Pairs deliciously with the savory and sweet beef and creamy pâté and eggs. We always get this when we come. They say this is their most popular item. I also tried their Bún Riêu (4/5 stars). What's nice about this place is that they have all the condiments you'd possibly need by the cashier counter and you can customize your food however you like. I usually add a little more shrimp paste and chili oil. My partner tried the BBH and we both agree it was a 3.5/5 stars. It wasn't bad but we've had better-- I think the lemongrass flavor was a bit too strong for our liking. One last thing we always get is their Egg Coffee! It's not too sweet or overly bitter and soo creamy. The only thing I'd have to say about Di Kitchen is that I wish they were a little bit more consistent. The taste of the food IS consistent but the BR I got the other day (not pictured) had a lot more soup and less noodles, compared to the pictured one. Then I noticed the Bò Né sometimes comes with only 1 egg instead of 2 (see photos). That's all, we'll be coming back!

Went here with my partner and some friends. We all got the Bo Ne (beef and pork) and it was delicious! I would recommend the beef over the pork. FYI: We had to pick up the food trays from the counter. The Bo Ne sizzling plate is heavier than it looks so be careful when picking it up, it's kinda awkward to balance along with the cup of tea that comes with it.

Came here to give this place a try! Disappointing! Almost self service pho! Placed my order for bun bo hue. Food came out fast but the soup was bland and no pigs feet and pork blood so not good! I won't come back again! Price was average and no customer service because it's like fast food! Not recommend!
