I will be contacting corporate about Brain. When asked if there was a manager on duty he lied and told me no. I had to ask the driver who informed me that Brian was the general manager. Brian in no way performs like a GM or has any kind of customer service skills as a GM. When I called and asked for the district managers number Brian completely changed his tone. He said the phone number so fast three times and I was still unable to write it down and was hung up on. When I called back several times he repeatedly hung up on me and refused to answer my calls. I personally think there needs to be some major changes to your current crew. Lacey should be in Brian's position and he should be looking for non customer service position! I will no longer be patronizing this location. And this whole situation has had me doubt Dominos in in general. As stated in the beginning I will be calling corporate about Brian. The only reason I asked for the District managers number was due to the last few times I have ordered there have been issues with the order. Joel you are amazing thank you for being understanding and patient with me.
