Some of the worst customer service ive seen. Came into here twice and I thought the first time was a bad day… but no its just bad management. Disorganized, unempathetic & dont prioritize the customers. Their public bathroom is now an employee only bathroom

I order here very often. The last two times we got “Christina” we’ve had trouble. 1 single 1-topping pepperoni pizza and 8 boneless wings.. how long do you think that should take? We do t have to guess because Dominoes has a tracker! 45+ minutes when it’s Christina and only 15 minutes when it’s literally ANY ONE else…. Why is that ? Moving forward every order I place I’m going to call and make sure it’s NOT Christina

I had an issue with timing but I will say I'm only writing this review for the delivery driver Joshua, he is a great employee he actually drove back to store and brought me extra drinks and ranch for the inconvenience and I really appreciated the fact that he made an extra trip just for that so thank you Joshua!!!

The pizza was alright and generally was fast service pizza. However I did not receive fast service this day, but the sheer tenacity of the understaffed sunday team should be commended, at one point when I walked out I heard one of the workers say "finally less then 50 orders", as in active orders. Delivery drivers coming in and out of the store during 30+ mph winds driving all night.This is my first ever 5 star review where I waited more than an hour for my pizza. Every worker there this night deserves a raise. No one was rude & everyone understood the wait

Food was good but I wanted to specifically talk about the service. I came in on Tuesday-the day after Xmas at around 6pm. I ordered in person and was greeted with the most pleasant lady at the front . I wish I could remember her name but I think she may have been the manager . She had the best customer service, was so nice to everyone and very patient. She deserves a raise.

Ordered pizza an hour and a half ago and when we called to cancel, the person who needed to "direct my call" hung up on me. This is beyond ridiculous. I feel bad for the delivery driver we just had to turn away.

I eat here a lot because it's pretty reasonably priced for my family of 6. But the last time we came here I was sick the next day. No one else in my house was except me and the only difference was I ate the loaded tater tots and everyone else had pizza. I probably won't be coming back for a while. I wasn't able to attend to my neighbors Halloween party because of the food poisoning.

AVOID the tater tots. I love everything Domino's except for the nasty, dry tater tots. They need to cook them in a foil pan like the pasta because while it's good to have some crisp, they shouldn't be totally dry. I remember another pizza place used to make the most DELICOUS loaded tater tots but they discontinued them. So when Dominos added them to the menu I was extremely disappointed to find out how dry they were. That's not an issue with this store though, I think corporate needs to change the recipe. Otherwise I've never had any issues with this particular Domino's location.
If a customer tells you you did not do something correctly such as there is no sauce on an order that comes with sauce. Your response as a manager should not be we always put sauce but I’ll go ahead and remake it. AS IF IM LYING! DO YOU SEE ANY BBQ SAUCE?! Or am I blind?Edit: The second one they made clearly has sauce. As you can see.

Tried the perfect combo deal for $19.99 and my family finished all of it. We actually ordered a second one to be delivered to the house. Cinnamon bread was delicious. Would definitely order again!

Delivered my order to the wrong person, and then tried to deliver it to me after the other person already had opened the box. Not food safe to try and hand it back out. And then they said it would be a minimum 30 minute wait because they needed to make other orders before making my remake.
