Of course, You'd expect local law enforcement at a Dunkin' right? Lol. Actually, their presence wasn't uncomfortable, hell they enjoy great coffee also. Thanks for your service guys! Not often you greet members of a Swat team in one place. Like being in a movie. Damn, these guys are in great shape,with good taste also. Dunkins coffee and pastries are above and beyond your expectation. Stop by, give them props. Try the largest carwash in the region. Quik Quak knock out two birds.

Came for a dpughnut. My kid is asleep in the car so I came here because the drive thru. They don't sell their full menu of doughnuts at the drive thru. Only 1 on the drive thru menu. Won't come back since that defeats the purpose of the drive thru. They should offer the full menu in my opinion to customers inside and at drive thru.

Really wasn't any human interaction until I was given my donuts ? I ordered a strawberry sprinkle (Homer Simpson) and a chocolate covered plain. First off I don't know if it was me or the way the menu kiosk was designed but I had a difficult time finding the donut menu. Then the menu didn't match real time with what was available. They had a strawberry donut but it didn't have sprinkles, the worker gave me another donut free because of that. It was almost sunset and the donuts weren't as fresh as I prefer but again it was later in the day. I'd personally prefer more human interaction but I guess their drive thru was busy.

Bavarian Cream doughnuts are my wife's favorite. If you order in the morning or early afternoon, they usually have them. By late afternoons they are usually out. So order early.

Waited in drive-thru forEVAH for three croissant breakfast sandwiches and 25 munchkins and then only received the sandwiches after leaving the drive-thru. So I then had to go back in and show my receipt to get the 25 munchkins I paid for!! Completely defeats the purpose of convenience from the drive-thru!! All the workers have no idea what they're doing or don't care or maybe its both. The donut holes are tasty but the hassle to get them wasn't worth it. Definitely won't be back!

I had a doordash on my coffee order 1 is was not filled up all the way and I politely asked the worker why she explained and when I went to tell her it's like I'm paying for half a drink she hangs up on me and when I go to call back she does not answer the phone,I feel like that was very disrespectful and I was being very polite.

Ordered 3 dozen donuts on the app but they only gave me 2 dozen after waiting for a bit (maybe 10min waiting in drive thru). I was in a hurry so I just asked for the assorted ones. Staffs were friendly and nice but I suggest ordering in advance for mobile orders, especially large orders.

Update: This store still hires morons. I went through the drive thru and the employee charged me for the person in front of me by accident. She proceeded to refund me and charge me for my order but before she did that, I asked her if she needed my discount card again (because she used it with the last order that wasn't mine) she said no it was okay. I thought she did it manually. I look at my receipt and see that I wasn't given my discount. I go back to ask about it and she said she can't use the discount for my order because it was already used on the first order THAT WASNT MINE. She said you can only use it once per day. I'm just in shock about how much she did not understand.
