And aswell on your birthday you'll get a free large drink of anything you like!Parking: There's plenty of parking but not Alot of shade so during the hot summer time be prepared for the scorching heat if you don't have a/c in your vehicle, but if you on foot, bring an umbrella for shade to keep cool whilst waiting in the typical long lines to place your order!
I have been going to this florin road location since it open , today was my last time dealing with the horrible customer serviceToday I went and ordered my same drink I get everyday the lady didn’t say good morning hi nothing just what would you like to order I was flabbergasted because normally the greet and other location also , once she took my order she said $7.95 I ask how is it that price everyday it’s $7.45 she simply ignored me and said cash or card very rudely . After paying I was waiting for my drink and it wasn’t sitting well how rude she was considering I spend $42.96 a week at this location sometimes I even go twice a day for a chilled drink . I requested a manger she stated we don’t have one but we got a lead , once the lead came he wasn’t nice either I explained the situation and he stated prices went up upon checking he realized she charged me to a iced drink not a hot drink I ended up not getting a drink at all. I normally don’t leave reviews but this was very unacceptable they had better workers and better quality of service when Josh was at this location I definitely will not return.

Great customer service even when it rains they come out to get your orderes ready to speed up the transaction!! Randy is the best he knows his drinks once I got the wrong order and he knew right away that was not the drink I asked for and corrected it before I could say it was wrong he helped his peers out !Dietary restrictions: They have a non dairy optionsKid-friendliness: My son always get the mango smoothie or lemonade with flavors and the kids not so hot chocolate is the best

what a delightful surprise! Spent a mere half an hour in a thrilling traffic jam with a grand total of four cars, and guess what? I had the absolute pleasure of being the third in line! Result? Fashionably late for my night shift, of course!

I was the second person in line, but the girl Linda that was taking the orders seem very irritated like she did not want to be there had to attitude the whole time she was taking my order, Then just walked away from me.so rude this is the last time I go to this location then, when I let the Manager know, he act like he didn’t want to be bothered with it
