Dropped a little less than $100'for take out prior to leaving the country. Asked for extra bbq sauce not only with the order but in person. Bought two racks of ribs got home with two small half full containers of sauce. One was spilled. So two racks no sauce. Also asked for pickles and bread. None Called them got a half an apology. She even said the sides needed to be requested as I did. Emailed twice and no reply. Will be making a chargeback for service not rendered. Avoid this place. They will take your money and give you garbage service.

Meh. Got there at 11:30am on a Friday and we were there only ones in there. Service gets an A. Speed of order gets an A. My wife and I split a two meat platter. The ribs were ok. The chopped brisket was horrible. Ice cold. Tough and needed tons of sauce just to make it go down. Two pieces of white Wonder bread? Yikes. Potato salad was bland. Cole slaw was average. Best part were the French fries, which got an A+. Wouldn't recommend. Texas West still the best in the Sacramento area!

Ordered take out last night. No pickles or bread included with the order. Order red beans and rice and got rice with no beans. Although I was early and had to wait for the food, all of it was cold. Ribs were so so, brisket had no smoke flavor at all. All the meat was tough. Very disappointed. Probably not ever going back.

Called tonight for a pick up order and was told they were basically out of everything and could only provide a burger or sandwich. This is a BBQ place ! And no BBQ items ! Never to return

Service was great. The food left a lot to be desired. Ribs had very little meat and were bone dry. Burnt ends were the same. They brought cookies for the kids which is nice. However they were so rock hard they literally couldn't eat them. The burgers were good though.

Been looking forward to trying this new Bar B Que establishment and man I should have kept looking. Server was very nice and attentive. First bad sign was walking up, there was not a single hint of smoke coming from the bar b que establishment. Next bad sign was they were out of the Sliced Brisket and only had chopped brisket. AKA "they didn't smoke brisket today so they chopped up yesterday's". Ordered the three meat platter. With ribs and Chicken and the ribs and chicken were also from the day before. Mac and cheese was Kraft shells and cheese. Fried green tomatoes were from a freezer, only thing I really liked was the greens, they had good flavor. This place is in desperate need of a pit master and the owner should be ashamed to let food come out of the kitchen looking like this. Spent $40 on dog food (see picture)

One of our favorite "Friday night date" restaurants. The staff is friendly and efficient and the food, while not exactly 5 star, is certainly very good for the price. We will continue to recommend it to our friends.

This has become our official "Date Night" place for casual dining. The service was the real reason we came back. The food is 5-Star on its own, but if you have poor service, then why come back, right? We drive 45 minutes to get there and it has never disappointed us!

The food was good but pricey for what we got. Re the service. Wanted a water refill but the one and only waitress was passing the time of day with a customer in the courtyard. Finally had to get up and go to the bar to get a refill. With the cement floors and the high ceiling and no acoustics, it gets loud fast when the place fills up. Don't think we'll be going back.

Good food and good selection of beer. Service was impeccable and friendly will be back.

The nachos with brisket was amazing. I'm not sure I can ever eat nachos anywhere else ever again.

I live in Reno, but visit family in Roseville often. This is my sister’s go-to restaurant. Now I understand why, and I can’t wait to bring my rib and BBQ loving husband and son back to this restaurant. The service, location, and ambiance are all great, but the food is what I am most impressed by. Your mouth will start watering as soon as you pull into the parking lot. The smell of the BBQ pitt is luring and only gets better when you step inside. The menu is perfectly sized with just the right amount of options. I was told that everything on the menu, including salads and burgers, would be delicious, but I had to go with a combo platter to get a true taste of the smoked meat that I was smelling. I had ribs, burnt ends/tips, sweet potato fries and coleslaw. Everything was smoked to perfection. The rib meat fell off of the bone and the tips were “candied”. The coleslaw was crisp and lightly sweetened. The sweet potato fries were as good as they get! The helpings were generous. My only complaint was the slice of white bread. I would have rather had a piece of Texas toast, garlic bread, corn bread, or really anything other than plain white bread! I think this placed is overlooked because of location, but I find it great because there is plenty of parking and it’s easy to access. The interior is so cool. It’s two stories with an inside wrap around dining balcony that overlooks the main dining floor. It has so much character and it’s casual, but classy.

When making online reservations, I was questioned if it was for a special occasion. It was for a birthday, so I filled that out. However, I don't understand why this question even matters because the birthday didn't matter to the restaurant - at all. Sad. The "birthday star" wanted ribs, They were out of ribs. Another meat was requested and they were out of that, also. Third times a charm; we finally ordered. When the food arrived, it looked store-bought and almost had a "cafeteria-style" appearance to it. On top of the lukewarm meat combo was a small, cheap piece of sliced white bread. For the amount paid per plate, what we received was - in my opinion - no better than a mediocre frozen meal at Safeway. Super disappointed. The food itself was edible, but I would never want to eat it again... unless I was starving. Unfortunately, I think it's pretty obvious I would never go back nor recommend others going here for quality barbeque... or just any quality at all. I try to live life without regrets, but dang, it's hard on this one.

Hands down the absolute best BBQ I've ever had. This place is a hidden gem, and must visit!

Overall, our dining experience last night was great. My husband's chicken was a tad on the "blackened" side but he said the great flavor made up for a bit of dryness. Both of us requested extra crispy fries and got them that way (in other words - perfect!) My Fahrenheit 250 salad (pulled pork) was great as usual and our server (Sofia) was a delight. We've recommended Fahrenheit 250 to several of our friends and will continue to do so. The only caveat being we will continue to give everyone a heads up that the staff doesn't follow state Covid-19 guidance regarding mask wearing. We're okay with that because we're vaccinated and boosted and we both wear masks but other people might not be.
