ok so i can seriously say this is the best chinese food in south natomas i lived in this area a very long time and have tried all the others restaurants in this area and no one compares they have a very good lunch special i'll be back very soon food is fresh and you can tell it was made with love

Our go to spot for Chinese food! Food is always good and they are super generous with portion sizes. I love how the owner's kids help out and are super friendly. It's pretty small inside but they do have indoor seating. BTW, their sushi is actually pretty good! I know people probably think it's weird that it's a Chinese restaurant and they make sushi but it's actually good! Try it!

I have never had a BAD dish. Food is seasoned and plenty. The service is great. I particularly enjoyed the young children being waiters and their attention to detail. I go back and back.

Definitley a great spot for lunch. Ordered the S&P fish lunch combo, came with chow mein, fried rice, the fish, and an egg roll. If you dine-in I read that soup comes with it as well. The proportions are really more than generous. Could not finish it. Very heavy for a lunch, but also paying for what you're getting. Everything tasted good, but I am not ready to go back to work after having heavy food. This is definitely my one treat of the week. Service was quick for take out. Nothing much too it. Ambiance, definitely for the quick bite and small chat. Clean establishment from what I can tell.

A savory gem in Natomas, Good Friends is our go-to spot for when Chinese / Asian cravings hit. From their freshly prepared food to their quick service (when ordering online), you can definitely get your cravings when they hit! We had the dinner special with sweet and sour pork, bbq pork noodles and their fried rice. Additional, we tried their salt pepper fish and their cream cheese wontons. All items were prepared fresh and tasted great. When ordering the dinner menu, you also get an extra side of Sweet and Sour pork, egg flower soup, and an egg roll! Such a great deal! Would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for something hot, fresh, and locally owned.

Yum! Their lunch portions are generous and delicious. I got the salt and pepper fish with fried rice, chowmein and it also comes with a veggie eggroll. I love the wok taste of the chowmein and the fish was moist and flakey. Also lightly fried so the batter isn't heavy. I placed an online order and arrived by time item was expected. I paid in person and within a minute my lunch was bagged and ready. I look forward to trying out their other items. It's a small restaurant packed with customers and open kitchen so you can see the staff prepping your food. They're also quick and seem efficient.

First time being skimped on my entree tonight I called it in and she yells at me and says if I want more then order more wow how rude to charge the same price but give less food I've ordered this same meal multiple times never had the issue untill tonight very unprofessional then she tells me tofu is very expensive like it's my fault like ok then change the price if it cost more to make but I know tofu isn't expensive at all so don't lie an don't skimp customers I'll be resending my payment ASAP not satisfied at all.

Completely ignored me as they rushed to serve there door dash customers after standing at the counter for 5 minutes I could clearly see that wasn’t there priority to help me even after I brought it to there attention they still didn’t take my order didn’t appear to want to help me so I will never return to this less than friendly restaurant
