The skin of the panfried dumpling is undercooked, the noodle is way too oily. The taste is ok if properly made. undercooked food is really bad.

Love the pan fried beef dumplings with their house sauce! It's so good that I had to stop by when I was in town the next time. The price is decent for the size of the dumplings. I get full off 8 pieces. I've only ever ordered ahead for take out, but the size inside is decent. Definitely recommend!

We used to love their food and would frequently order here. However in the last two years their prices have more than doubled and they have added a surcharge to fry the dumplings. They are now nearly a $1 each. That is a disgusting amount of price gouging. We are sadly now former customers.

I got the boiled pork dumplings and they were so good!! Service was quick and you get a lot for a great price.

We wanted dim sum, but it was busy. We ended up here instead. All the food is served on disposable plates/ bowls- convenient for them. I had the pan fried pork dumplings. The skins were thick, but I enjoyed the filling. I also tried a bit of the dumpling noodle soup. The noodles weren't that great. I would rather eat somewhere else in the plaza.

This hit the spot for our dumpling cravings! My friend and I shared two orders of dumplings (8 pan fried beef and 16 boiled pork) which was enough for the both of he. We especially liked the house dipping sauce which seemed to consist of vinegar and some other sauces. I enjoyed the pork dumplings a little better because when I ate the beef dumplings, the pan fried skin was a bit thicker and the meat inside would fall out when I hit into the skin. Although it wasn't the best dumplings I've had, it was still pretty good!

This place has everything dumplings. You have a choice of chicken, pork, or beef. You can have them fried, or in a soup. My party decided to try a little bit of everything. We had the chicken dumplings on the side with various dipping sauces. They were okay. We also ordered beef dumplings and pork dumplings in soup. The beef dumplings were more flavorful than the pork, but they were both good. What we liked most about the soup was the broth. It was very tasty. We also ordered a dumpling soup with short ribs. The short ribs were good, but they tasted like Peking duck to me, which was a good thing. Overall, I might come back because it was tasty, but a little on the pricey side.

The service here is so good and the workers were so welcoming! I came here after getting a lash service across the street and was really craving a quick snack, this place was perfect. The dumplings were plentiful, I couldn't finish them but they were really good. And the tea was fresh and sweet! For the dumplings, there's meat options, veggie options, and a good variety of sauces (I recommend sesame). They also had other dishes such as spring rolls and different drinks to choose from. They're kindness today gained them a new customer!

We came here to get lunch on a Wednesday afternoon. We ordered 8 chicken dumplings, 8 pork dumplings, and the pans fried noodles spicy. Everything we got was so tasty! The dumplings were my favorite. Both kind were pan fried . The dipping sauce was so good too. I will be coming back!

first time here, the word dumplings already sold me. nice & clean restaurant, friendly. we were the only ones dining in. was so excited to try out the food but to my disappointment .. i got the pork soup dumpling it was salty & flavorless, almost reminded me of a miso soup.. dumplings didn't have much flavor either - didn't finish it. pork rib noodle soup - plain, no flavor. ribs were ok at least pan fried chicken dumplings were so plain, had to eat it with a lot of spicy sauce.. the spicy sauce was the only thing that was flavorful. we won't be coming back.

Had a nice casual lunch here. We walked in at lunchtime on a Saturday, and there was no wait. I ordered a 16 piece pork dumpling and 8 piece beef dumpling (both boiled--fried costs extra, but I wanted boiled anyway). Waited at an outdoor table and the food came out shortly on disposable paper trays. The lady taking our order was super nice. She came out to refill our waters, and was generally friendly. The store was clean, and so was the bathroom (requires a staff to unlock for you). The dumplings were tasty. Thick skin, chewy, and the meat filling was tasty--not too salty, and just right. You get your choices of sauce. I opted for the house and teriyaki. The house sauce was tasty and reminiscent of a soy, chili, vinegar sauce but suuuuuper mild. The teriyaki was interesting...it wasn't sweet and came with a huge dollop of what seemed like mayonnaise right in the middle. Not bad, but I ended up eating around the mayo just because. The restaurant is in a prime, corner-entry spot of a gigantic shopping center. You'll probably never have an issue finding parking somewhere-somehow in the large parking lot. Recommended for a quick, casual lunch on days that you are craving dumplings!

Discovered Hao Bao roughly 2 years ago and I am happy to say that this place is still around and booming during this pandemic! The dumplings are amazingly fresh and the service is consistently good. We have enjoyed all options but prefer the pork and chicken dumplings. We usually get the pan fried dumplings with an order of the dumpling soup. The broth in the soup is so savory and hits the spot every time! All of their dipping sauces are delicious but if you like sweet try the sesame, if you like sweet &savory try the house, and if you just want some heat ask for their chili oil. Pro tip; walk across the way and get some garlic bread rolls from Dúc Húong. They are delicious when dipped into the broth of the soup!

Where do I start, very clean restaurant, definitely set up like a chain and not a mom and pop shop. You go to the counter, order your food, they serve it to you, you then should clean your own table as there are garbage cans with appropriate tarps to put your trees in when you were all done. So for 20% tip at this place would definitely be optional as you do have to work yourself. Now for the food, this is definitely a place to come when you are hung over, or have a heavy night of drinking because everything is extremely loaded with grease and salt. Sober however? The first few bites were super good, then you start to notice all the fat. Not your regular Chinese food chow mein kind of grease, we are talking a layer of grease on the bottom of your bowl heavy. Housemaid noodles were delicious, that was literally the only reason I finished my noodles. The chicken dumplings were good, not the best I've ever had but I give them credit for being homemade. The chicken soup had a thick broth, it was very creamy, heavy. The flavor was OK for half a bowl, then I felt like I was just drinking salty chickens that water. The pork belly bowl I got accidentally, I had given up eating pork for a bit and thought it was beef in the picture. Either way, it was very fatty and salty like pork belly is, the noodles were pretty thick, definitely handmade, not exactly like noodles they are more like extra thick Chow mein noodles in terms of size, with both dishes you get a little bit of green onion and cilantro, maybe a bit of chili oil? That's about it. The pork fat and salt from that and the teriyaki sort of seasoning on it gave it flavor, but there really was not very much meat. It's one of those places I think you really have to try for yourself, if you really like heavy meals, and Vietnamese flavors, Asian flavors, you might really like this spot

Tried the 8 piece chicken dumplings pan fried, Thai tea, and chicken noodle dumpling soup. Came during a weekday lunch hour- wasn't to busy about fifteen people inside. The dumplings were good, dipped them in the house sauce and the chili sauce. The soup broth was sooooo flavorful-literally wanted to ask them for a cup of broth to go! Easy to social distance. Clean inside nice decor and friendly attentive staff.
