Walk inside this place and there is no acknowledgment or anything at all they got to step up on their customer service or at least hello or something I then just stood there. I order my drink and left... didn't hear no thank you too. Definitely not coming back not like their drink is any good anyways! Bye bye happy lemon you just lost a customer.

Their drinks are pretty basic and simple. They don't really have a lot to choose from. The drinks are also not very sweet so ask for it to be sweeter. The inside strongly smells like cleaning chemical so it's hard to breathe. I am not a fan of the waffles. They're like the egg puffs, but were too hallowed and crispy. Happy Lemon is right next to SF Supermarket, so I do like to stop by since it's convenient when I do my grocery shopping.

Very good can't wait to get another

Love that they have little games for kids to play and tons of areas to sit. Additionally I love that they have a recycling program and you can bring your own clean up and get free topping! That's awesome! Thank you for doing things this way to help our planet. I'll post pictures below. I am always happy with my drinks every times I'm here.

The service was good, she was nice and patient. I ordered 2 b-waffles: J1. Original Waffle J2. Matcha Waffle /J3. Chocolate Waffle, extra charge for half/half not much though. Not bad if you wanna try different flavors especially if your uncertain that you'll like the flavor. It does take awhile for the bubble waffle, made when ordered so always warm. I also ordered 2 drinks: F10. s-berry shortcake 75% sweetness -perfect, not too sweet and it tasted exactly like a strawberry shortcake. She did mention that it's very sweet. The only thing I would say is easy on the salted cheese. A9. Vietnamese Coffee w/ Salted Cheese which is always good when I get at this locationShe then told me that it was BUY 2 GET 1 FREE ON WEDNESDAYS so I got a free D1. Boba Milk Tea.

One of the very few boba spots that has kumquat tea. Love the one piece of salty plum they put in. The bubble waffles are also good.

Good place but needs better services. They have a poster on their window that says buy 2 get 1 free on Wednesday, but when you come on weds and buy it, they try not to give you the free one. We had to tell them "isnt 1 free" and then they realize their shady mistake, they gave it. Not good for business. If you have it advertised then honor it, don't wait until your customer tell you, it's embarrassing. Even if your customers don't know about this deal, still let them know and honor it. Don't hide it until someone tell you about it. If they fix this, I would bump the rating up to 4. But for now 3 stars is what they deserve! Hope this helps!

So discovered Happy Lemon in the San Ramon and absolutely loved it. We couldn't wait to get it in Sac. So we ordered the same thing we previously ordered. We ordered the boba on door dash and my bf went to pick it up for us.He said the ladies laughed at him and that is why we are taking two stars off. Grant it, he is a white male and my name is clearly not his but the service was not there. The boba was good but for some reason it tasted better from San Ramon. Also, I had a terrible stomach ache that made me wake up in the middle of the night. I was a bit worried I was food poisoned but storm passed. I wasn't sure if this establishment would served us faulty boboa or expired milk but I guess that's just my assumption. The customer service here made us more skeptical so I decided to goto the Crocker village today instead. So far no stomach ache from the crocker village .

First time having Happy Lemon and I wasn't impressed. I heard their cheese foam was bomb. So I got regular milk tea with cheese foam and boba. The cheese foam was good, so was the milk tea, but the boba was disgusting. It was like old or something, it was super hard and stale. It was not good and I wasn't able to stomach it. What a waste.

I love this location at 65th street more than other location. This shop a lot cleaner and workers are more friendlier. My favorite drink all the time is still matcha latte with topping tiramisu. Keep up the good work ??
