Star KTV Lounge & TeaHub does not only have karaoke sing-along. They are also an excellent place for lunch or dinner, even if you’re looking for a place for a good drink. They have a good dinner menu and yummy drinks. I’ve been here for dinner many times, and I have never disappointed. The customer service is very good too! The only problem is the parking lot. Too many cars and the parking space are too narrow and very busy!Parking: The parking lot is Very narrowWheelchair accessibility: Star KTV is wheelchair friendly.

This place is nice for a last minute karaoke night but have to agree with the reviews that the staff is not too friendly. This also is probably because they are understaffed - assuming. We went for the karaoke and the staffer took us to the room left the microphones on the table then walked out for us to figure out how to start the system. The system was wonky and after a while we figured out how to search through youtube which the selection wasn't as wide compared to the actual youtube app. Though we said we'd have 8 we only had 5 which is a much lesser price but wasn't given the cheaper price because we "reserved for 8." It was okay, the inside is nice but doesnt make up for the lack of service. They also dont have a snack or food menu for the kareoke which wouldve been nice while singing & drinking

Review for restaurant only.Unsure why this place only has 3-1/2 stars. Perhaps the karaoke side(?) because the food on the restaurant side is GREAT!Ordered:1)braised beef brisket- oh my gosh! Tender, juicy pieces of brisket & cartilage. 5 spice star anise flavor. GREAT. 2)dried scallop egg white fried rice- fluffy, dry, just the right amount of seasoning to not over power the scallop flavor. Wowee 3)salt & pepper shrimp & asparagus. This was more like a tempura style dish. Which was different, but still good.4)salt & pepper pork ribs. Again REALLY good. Not much bone so that was a bonus. More like a pork chop with mostly meat. Light cornstarch dusting. 5)garlic green beans. I love green beans prepared this way. Flash fried, tender, garlicky goodness.I gotta say they were all winners. My only comment would be the S&P shrimp. This was more a tempura style, no shell, good flavor. Just a different prep.Glad we came early-ish, 5:30pm because the seats filled up quick. Since this shares a space with a karaoke on one side, the restaurant is really not that large-maybe 10-12 tables?Anyway, my friend who suggested this place was right on the money. She's made the rounds to most of the Chinese restaurants nearby. Coming with older Hong Kong women already gives this place cred.

Hit up Star KTV and let me tell you, it's a feast for the senses. Their spare rib dishes are where it's at a must-try. The garlic green beans and bok choy? Chef's kiss! And for those with a sweet tooth or in need of a little kick, they've got boba and liquor on deck. The service is good not mind-blowing, but they get the job done. All in all, a solid spot for a good meal with a side of fun.

This used to be the place where I want to get my beef stew wonton noodles but it got me so disappointed this time. Haven’t been here for a while and get what I get, all the stew fat and much less portions. Will not recommend this restaurant and really disappointed by the experienced.

Went there on a hot day. The kiosk to order completely suck. The cashier amd waitress glared at us.. let's just say it. Not worth my time and effort.

Solid for late-night Chinese food cravings in the South Sac area. So far, I've only tried the Beef Chow Fun (dry) option and it has yet to disappoint, as it is a good ratio of beef:noodle and has plenty of natural smoked wok flavor.Clean and up-to-date restaurant. Haven't tried the karaoke here but hope to comment on that soon.

HORRIBLE SERVICE FOR KARAOKE. Please be aware that this is my second time coming here. Both times the system they use for the karaoke either lags, YouTube as adds so it goes into your time, the system will malfunction, you won't be able to use your time accordingly. This time the whole TV turned black, they accused said we must have messed with it. Which we didn't. We dealt with the system restarting and lagging the entire time, we tried to make it work but once the tv turned black, that was the last straw. We called service and the lady looked so confused. They didn't even know what was wrong. We ended up leaving because it was ridiculous. Your staff is under educated even on the systems. The last time we came we couldn't even search because the tablet wouldn't let us. They charged us $40 extra for the additional 15 mins, we wanted to stay for two hours. We only stayed 1 hour , 15 mins. Like I said, the additional 15 mins was $40. Keep in mind, their system wasn't even working properly. - sacto by night - round 1 - karaoke bar on k street Are all better places to go to. We are well experienced in going out to karaoke, this isn't our first rodeo. The KTV lounge staff is lousy, dumb, and uneducated about their own equipment. The money isn't the issue, the issue is that your equipment is faulty and your staff always thinks their right.

Do not come here. Because their karaoke equipment is faulty. Which makes it lag and also goes into your time. Even if you ask them for help, they do not know what's going on. I don't know if they do that on purpose because it's something they should know how to fix. my friends and I came here to have some fun and listen to some music but they have YouTube account with ads that also go into your time on purpose. Also charge you extra money for last time for no reason I'm pretty sure there are other karaoke places that are cheaper and also do not try to rip you off. Also, all the food is mediocre Sometimes it is raw and overcooked. Sometimes the staff does not care because it is late night and they have to work.

Haven't been here for a while since they first open, which is now different. Let me just say they do got some good complimentary hot tea , you gotta try it if they ask you water or tea. .We like coming here for the Singapore style rice noodle, which has a great combo of shrimp and pork and veggies with a nice curry flavor to it. .House special chow mein over thin crispy egg noodles with some hot chili sauce. Sriracha is what they still have and I was shook. Sriracha shortage is making the spicy sauce go up in price like 10 bucks or more a bottle, and when they still serve it here, I was shook. .Beef stew is one of our favorites to nom nom on. Just plain beef stew to add to our other items like the noodle dishes. .Deep fried flounder fish is one of my favorite. Crispy and comes with a savory bowl of soy sauce to drench in for flavor and pair with some steam rice is the way to go. .Hot and sour soup is another favorite we like because we like a little excitement with our soup. .Overall this place is great for seating down and visiting. As well parking is convenient. Hope this review helps and thanks for reading. Have a yelptastic day!
