This place had delicious food but some of the people that were in there as guests and the servers were ok except for a fewThis place is a 24 hour restaurant. Onebservetl had red hair. He denied access to the bathroom after I spent a huge amount all night paying and eating food to the point I became physically sick. This might became a disgusting nightmare toebad I had just been recovering from an illness. I would have to say the person in charge that day be reported for their cruel and inappropriate behavior to a paying patron.

Food was lovely! Staff were pleasant... the only negative would be a couple of obvious things - make sure the table/benches are wiped down and the floor is swept before seating customers - no-one wants food stuck between their shoes or stuck on their clothes. We were given a table but I asked to move to a cleaner one - they accommodated right away... but they could have just done that to begin with.

Gross, disgusting, service was horrible. We had to seat ourselves. Our server kep coming back to confirm our order after she wrote it down. Still got the order wrong. My mom and I only went there because it was close to her Appt at the hospital.

Same old IHOP. Got the go to stack of pancakes. I was given plenty of butter and syrup. I was in and out in about a 1/2 hour. Always a treat.
My 1st time in Sacramento I am a big IHOP fan this experience was by far one of the worse....environment had lots of homeless outside and inside the restaurant 2 went as far as to speak to the cooks in the kitchen......2 of our orders were supoose to be no mushrooms and both came with, had to request silverware to eat our food, ordered Apple juice and received OJ, would NEVER return to this one

Brooo customers breaking cups yelling playing to order then cancel because they want free food . There was 2 girls arguing I had my son a lady had her daughter and they dropped the D bomb left and right the b and all the rest . It sucks for those waiters big time . I don't tip ever because I don't get tips but dam the waiter did her best I can tell
