This is an amazing place and one of the few coffee shops in the Southside area. Great staff, tasty coffee, simple menu, and really tasty baked goods seem to be their signature. The place is full of wooden details and plants evoking a natural theme.

The best little neighborhood boutique coffee shop. Came here twice and I can confidently say their coffee is top notch! One of the best vanilla latte's we've had for sure. Also, tried their home-made cashew milk matcha latte, and tasted like perfection a cup. Gotta give extra bonus points for their nice iced-coffee to go cups as well! Nothing better than enjoying great coffee in high quality cups. Their cheddar and chive biscuit breakfast sandwich is also pretty good, and they have yummy pastries too. Also, a plus, is their nice and spacious indoor seating.

I didn't want to give them this high of a review because they charge $6 dollars for an iced latte - but damn it was good. I'm from LA so I'm used to crazy prices, but theirs are a bit much. I take it from Milka cus they add in a tip for their team automatically - but I think the hipster coffee movement is going to some places heads and it kills your desire to leave a solid tip for a great team of baristas. Hope I misread something and that $6 bones for a latte is actually paying for someone's health care - otherwise there's no latte good enough to spend $180/month on.

I was freezing on a brisk afternoon and popped in for their breakfast cookie and Pandan latte - kinda pricy but both excellent! Cool vibe - lol - I was the oldest person in there at 63 but all good!

I've been wanting to try this place for a long time and I finally have a chance to visit during the President's Day weekend. I came here with my bf and we ordered the pandan latte and pandan latte with cinnamon& matcha powder( thank you for the recommendation!), as well as the cheese biscuit. Everything is so good and I love the pandan latte sooo much ! I will come back just for that

If you want to get work done or simply read a book with a great cup of coffee, this is the place to go. There's plenty of seating, but there are limited outlets, so come fully charged. It's not crowded or loud in a workday afternoon unlike other coffee shops downtown--mostly because it's hidden. The baristas were really helpful and skilled in creating latte art. I recommend the matcha or vanilla lattes! The cups and plates that they use feel very luxurious. Parking is tricky, but there is a parking lot on the side of the building. I asked the barista if it's okay to park without paying (parking meter was broken) and they said that they've never had issue. Park on your own risk! Definitely coming back to read a book and unwind.

I usually call them on my way to work. Their breakfast sandwiches find their way to my stomach weekly. They have a homemade spicy mayo sauce that is worth the visit. They make a hell of a cup of Joe too!

Nice building, poor coffee. Good in a pinch but the prices are not usually worth it. The staff is nice though and it's a good hangout/meeting place.

I've visited this coffee shop a few time and it just got worse with each visit. My first visit was good, second was very rushed feeling and cold. Third was my final visit. The girl at the counter made me feel as if I was taking up too much of her time asking questions. I asked about a honey elderberry tonic I purchased in the past. She had no idea what I was talking about and didn't care to ask anyone. I actually purchased it there twice, second time the young lady did at least go to the back and grab a bottle. Good thing is, I found it online and purchased it, so I won't be going back. Plus, I found a much better coffee house downtown which I love!! I'll post the name whoever wants it! Side note: I called to speak with a supervisor about my concerns and she never called me back. I also went on the website and filled out a form for a return response as well. It's been two weeks and nothing. Says a lot about a business when they won't at least acknowledge a customer concern
This place used to be my go to spot for coffee. The beans are still great but they haven’t had much success finding talent on the espresso machine. Hope they find their stride again.

I have been here couple of times and found the staff very prompt and friendly. The ambiance is nice and it is not noisy at all. Both times I got quick service. I was always greeted when arrived and when I left. The cafe-au-lait I ordered was perfect. The brownies had great flavor. I would highly recommend this place and visit again.

Been coming here for many years, 3-4 times a week, and absolutely love them. My go to is a Gibraltar or Cortado, and the consistency of their micro foam is a perfect blend.

This was my first time here and I really enjoyed my Pandan Latte! Because it wasn't too busy when I came in, the staff was really nice and brought my drink directly to me. I definitely would recommend this place to get some work done. The atmosphere was really mellow and they played very chill music which wasn't too loud over the speakers. They have free wifi which is fast and the wifi password is openly posted. There are a few outlets but they are pretty spread out so you would have to sit right next to someone to use them if it is busy. Overall, my experience was pleasant -- I studied there for about 3hrs. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because it was freezing inside (I came on a rainy day so I was really hoping it would be warmer) and the bathroom was really dirty. If I come back in the future I will gladly update my review because I really enjoyed the coffee!

I forgot to grab a mask on the way out today, only realizing it as I opened the door to Insight Coffee Roasters. I asked if it would still be possible to place an order and they happily coordinated with me while I waited outside. Thank you for the much needed drink on this cold winter day.
