Whenever I visit Jack-in-the-Box, their restrooms are consistently filthy. On a few occasions, I've witnessed a homeless man cleaning the restrooms instead of the Jack-in-the-Box employees. The restrooms are truly repulsive.

I always get the breakfast platter which is 3 toaster sticks, about 3 scrambled eggs, bacon OR sausage and a hash brown for approximately $6. Great deal and it always goes down well. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. You may run into a homeless issue from time to time but it's incidental. I recommend this J.I.T.B. because of its location and its good service.

Stopped by to pick up a combo on the way to the drive-ins. It was 5pm on a Saturday yet they didn't have any fries ready?! We had to pull around and wait for them to bring the order out front. And they weren't even seasoned! I tried the new boba milk tea also and as expected, it didn't deliver. The boba is small and very hard, which means it's either undercooked or just old. The milk tea itself was watery. I knew it wouldn't be good but just had to try and see!

Absolutely do NOT go to this location. I should have known better stepping outside the normal location. Just left there roughly 20 minutes ago and got two orders of chicken strips and two large fries….they only had a 3 piece and 5 piece, so they adjusted. Get home and fries are a horribly stale, worst I’ve had to date. These were for sure sitting around and reheated or refried without a doubt, about trash. The chicken strips are cold and stale, not far behind the fries….also, the fries were such a shorter about they both actually fit in one large fry, so they shorted me a stale fry too! I’ll be sticking with the north gate location, sketchy spot but they never miss on quality!

This has to be one of the worst Jack in the Box restaurants anywhere. After giving them too many chances, no more. If it's not their disgusting tacos that are almost always completely saturated with oil, making them inedible and a complete waste of the money I paid for them, then it's their allowing homeless people to live right their on their property. Going throug my the drive-thru, you are literally only 3 feet away from filthy clothes just sprewn about next to the drive-thru lane. Finally, some of their employees need SERIOUS customer service indoctrination, because the concept is COMPLETELY foreign to them.

After seen a rude customer batter Erik, he killed it with kindness and professionalism. He then proceeded as if nothing ever happened and help me out with a smile, this man needs a raise!
