I had an issue with an order one evening, and after posting a review, the director of operations called me personally to rectify the situation and apologize. He was very kind and professional. I was shocked to hear from an actual human. I will continue to be a Jimboy’s fan because of the personal experience and delicious food.

The Jimboy’s Tacos in DOCO is one of the smallest Jimboy’s Tacos in Sacramento. They have only three or four tables inside the tinny dining room. They also have a long bench table outside in front of the restaurant. Some shared tables are out there by the shopping mall too! But it is freezing in the winter or can't even be used on a rainy day!The tacos and burritos are not bad. It was amazing they can still keep the quality when they have the Sacramento Kings home games with hundreds of people coming at the same time. The employees are nice too!Parking: The parking garage is $25 per car on the event days.

Tried the ground beef taco it was very tasty and I really enjoyed the green salsa so much flavor but pretty bummed out when I looked in my bag I ordered queso fries and they gave me queso and chips instead

At more than $4.50 this half pound bean and cheese burrito is skimpy when compared to the likes of the $.99 half pound Del taco burrito. Even Taco Bell burrito are better value than this.

Ordered on DoorDash. My food came sealed, BUT MISSING AN ITEM!! I let the DoorDash guy know but of course he cannot check the items in the bag. So, this falls on Jimboys!! Come on guys, it's not that hard to get 2 items right, is it??!!

It's a small little restaurant with about seating, for three by the window and then two double seater tables. The atmosphere stays in the pretty warm position leading u to the outside hoping for a nice breeze to ease the sweat off of u.

I came on Tuesday at 3pm the girls were sitting in the restaurant looking at me I was on my lunch break the sign said they would be returning at 3pm even though they are sitting right there I knocked on the door at she looked and said 5 more minutes took longer than 5 more minutes they were sitting there talking I think it is very unprofessional to have a sign and not follow it .

This one was kind of hard for me to rate. Jimboy's has always been a staple for me going back to my childhood but over the years it's definitely declined as a whole, not particularly this location. As odd as it sounds, I miss the big, thick, cheesy and super greasy quesadillas they used to have. Now, they are are thin with barely any cheese and no pool of grease in your wrapper. The classic tacos also seem skimpy and where's the parm dusting?! It used to be so coated with Parmesan that it would get everywhere and now, it's almost nonexistent. All of these seemingly minor changes are not just this location, it's now the norm for Jimboy's which is a bummer. As for the location and service of this particular place, I have no major complaints. We were greeted and served quickly. The inside is small, they had one 2 seater table and 3 barstools along the window and that's it. Because it's so small, they must assume the customers are taking their orders to go because they handed us a bag versus tray even though we were seated at their only table. Only minor gripe was if they assumed we were taking our order to go, they gave us no taco sauce so I woulda been super disappointed to get home and notice no sauce. Thankfully we did intend to eat there and got our sauce. Will I still return to Jimboys, of course, it just won't be as often.

I ordered online and when I want to pick up my food, no one was present at the store. Essentially, I’ve been robbed. I paid for food that I did not receive.

Possibly the worst burritos I've eaten. Nothing worse than a burritos stuffed with nasty rice and only an ounce of protein. Guacamole has zero flavoring and is mixed with what looks like sourcream as a filler.

Stood in line several minutes before being acknowledged. We had to inquire if they were open.I left, went next door to Burger lounge.6:30 on a Friday night? With this lack of motivation, I was afraid of what they cooked.

Perfect if you're at DOCO and need casual/quick/outdoor seating. Can't go wrong with tacos and friendly service.
