Restaurant was only around half full, tables were left uncleared, rubbish all over the floors. Order was taken quickly - drinks then took 20 minutes, some food arrived, other food was forgotten. Then took at least 30 mins after the first meals. Also armed security guard walking around between tables was a bit worrying!

We had such a great time! We were a little bummed to see the random “performances” didn’t happen quite as often as they used to, however our server Preshay was fantastic, she made our evening really great. We will definitely be back!

Joe's Crab Shack was a pleasant surprise. After looking at the disappointed Yelp reviews, we decided not to eat here. But on the last day of our family trip, we got off the city cruise right next to Joe's Crab Shack. We tried Joe's because we were hungry and didn't want to walk long to get food. It was 2:30 pm when we walked in, and there were only a few customers. We ordered the Blackened fish tacos, the salmon, and the Shrimp and Seafood ensemble. The food was great, especially the Tacos, and the atmosphere and service were top-notch. Would recommend.

I went with my partner. We both ordered an expensive mix of seafood. The shrimp in both orders hadn't been deveined. What a ROOKIE move of a so-called professional chef. We told management and they thumbed their noses at us. We still tipped them. I'll never go back or recommend eating at THIS Joe's Carb Shack. Bad food bad service.
When entering, it’s very lively. Had the honey mustard glazed salmon since it was new in the menu and it was very good.
