Do these workers really deserve $21 per hour. There were 3 customers literally in the store. Had to wait 10 minutes to pick up an order I had already ordered via the app. These people should be fired.

Pulled up today with a family of 7 ordered almost 200$+ worth of food and then drove up to the paid window and set there for 10 minutes for someone to come out and tell me “ sorry out internet is down we will be open tomorrow “ this place is a joke!

Came today 3 hours before they closed in the drive through. Ordered a chicken sandwich and some fries and they told me that the menu is out of order and that there is nothing i can do about it. Whoever is running this joint should be fired! I went to el polo loco and had the best dinner of my life!

I wwnt to eat inside of this location and the door was locked I had asked the employee and she had said that the lobby closes at 8:00 p.m. but the week before I had went to that same location and I had went there around 8:30 p.m. and was able to eat inside. I just think that the just didn't to serve customers inside.

I absolutely love this kfc! I always come in and kayli ? im pretty sure is her name she knows me already and always greets me even has a conversation with me. she even memorized my order ! we need more people like kayli THANK YOU.
I decided to stop by at this location for a quick bite. I usually never use the drive thru but was in a hurry. The young lady on the speaker was so good with her words. She did a magnificent job at taking my order. She was kind and generous. She also did not try to rush me . I asked for her name when I reached the first window. Thank you Kaylie for a wonderful drive thru experience !
