I tried to call to order food, and they hung up on me before I could even talk to someone. So I went in person to order. I got the 6 piece tenders and they gave me 5. The manager's attitude towards me, the customer, could have been better. His tone was more harsh than sympathetic.

Ordered Kiki’s fries and I specifically had put in the instructions no blue cheese, sub for Buffalo and pay extra for the sauce, and when I get my ordered there was no Buffalo sauce and just was full of ranch. Ridiculous and called and the person was trying to say I ordered no Buffalo sauce. I specifically instructed what I wanted my order. Never placing an order here.

I am a frequent flyer at a number of kikis around town. While confused by its' early closing time compared to just about every other kikis in the area, I was excited to find this one as it's a short commute from my house. I was quickly disappointed by the quality of the food :( My partner and i love us some kikis fries with chicken. While the taste was normal as any others, the fries were stale, the chicken was soggy with no crunch left in it's breading, we ordered extra cheese only to have the normal portion, we also ordered garlic and didn't receive that either. One odd thing as well was that my partner and I order the blue cheese on the kikis fries, the girl told us they are not allowed to put it on the fries just on the side in cups, while I understand this is probably for portion control, this was peculiar compared to any other kikis in the area.All that said, if you want kikis? Particularly the fries or chicken strips. Go to quite literally ANY other location if you want quality.

I came to this location of Kiki's on saturday december 16th, i ordered one family size portion of kikis fries for me and my family. the fries were in an inch deep puddle of sauce when i got home. No one, including myself, ate more than 3 bites of food that night. since then the leftovers have been sitting in the fridge. I put in a complaint that night with kiki's support and got a call back today. I was told by the manager that it was him back there that night and "he doesnt add too much sauce" he adds "just enough" and also that people who typically complain say that there isnt enough sauce. So after a few minutes of him telling me how impossible it was that my food had too much sauce he said if I came back in he would replace my family sized order with a large order. A large order is half the price of the family size order. We ate less than 1/5th of the original order. Very dissapointed with this kiki's location and I will not be back considering all the other perfectly fine locations in this area.

I called Stanford ranch asked them 3 times if it was in ROcklin road and he said it was after my order asked agin are u sure he said yes thought ok I’m good then he said at the wnd it was ROcklin Stanford ranch came in to the real rock road and they were awesome and hooked me up quick just heads up make sure you got the right one!!
I had high hopes for Kikis. I have had their food truck food and ooooweeee! But this experience was different. Arrived at 7pm, ordered a meal and it came out quickly, which was where it started going downhill. The food was so hot it was inedible, and holy grease balls it was COVERED in oil! I get fried chicken a lot, and never is it shiny. But this was. Their sauces don't taste homemade, the chicken and fries were extra greasy, and the garlic fries had very little garlic/parmesan. I suggest the owner talk to the staff about how they want the community to perceive their business, otherwise what happened to Taste of Tuscany will happen here. Not to mention the giant "SMILE YOURE ON CAMERA" sign is unnerving and doesn't make me feel safe or welcome.

My first time trying this place and was very disappointed. When I first walked in the cashier looked annoyed. When I walked up to the counter and asked what they recommend or what they thought was good the cashier said anything on the menu is good. I got the Kiki's fries and when I went to eat them the fries were cold and looked old. The chicken tasted like old oil. I went asked for it to be remade and the cashier said they couldn't remake it since I had already ate (I only took one bite). I asked to speak to the manager and he was very rude as well. Told me he wouldn't remake my order and to pretty much deal with it. Dont recommend this location and Robert if you are reading this FUCK YOU AND YOUR MAMA
