My family and I love this place! The food tastes great (my wife and I enjoy the seafood while our daughter loves the BBQ) and the portions are huge, so you'll definitely get your money's worth.
Overall the food is delicious, but the service was not much help, I wasn't sure what to get and asked for help as to what might be a good option (People in other restaurants are very helpful and make great recommendations and help you try something new) I asked here I was told that we don't help with that and really discouraged me to buy more so I just got a musubi. And when I asked for a dipping sauce I was getting an extra 2 dollar charge don't get me wrong I understand things cost money but one should at least come with the order, to charge 2 dollars is a bit much. If you want equally good food that doesn't charge for sauce and provides a bit friendlier atmosphere go to Ono Hawaii

This L&L was favorite of mine when I did not feel like cooking. I always have called in 20 minutes before they close to place an order and pick it up before they close. Today I leaned that their policy has "always" been to stop taking phone orders 30 minutes before closing...this phone call was at 7:34pm on a Sunday when they close at 8pm.The lady on the phone suggested that I drive to the restaurant (which I would get there right as they closed), have them take my order, then wait in while my food was prepared.She could have gone about this situation so many different ways to help keep a customer but, instead, she chose be a broken record and a lack common sense.I hate to seeing another restaurant in this area fall victim to horrible customer service, especially one that I loved as much as this L&L.

I love the food, the problem is the last 3 times I have came here they forgot about my order until I say something to them. Today I went in and waited over 45minutes ( and I called in 15 minutes before I arrived) for a bbq chicken plate. Food is good customer service is mid at best ?
