Love love this restaurant. Food is always fresh. I love the bbq short ribs. The service isn't especially friendly but they get you in and out and don't forget your items so I appreciate that. Spam musubi

Ordered food from here and specifically asked for extra sauce and didn't even get the sauce that's supposed to come with it . Literally expecting ppl to eat their food dry with no sauce is insane. I understand if I didn't put it in the notes but please reading is fundamental.

I found plastic in my Mac salad food also my garlic shrimp was very undercooked and didn't even taste like garlic very disappointed this used to be the best l&l in the Sacramento area now it's the absolute worst will not be back.
L&L Hawaiian never misses!!!! Didn't realize it was a chain restaurant but I'm so glad they have multiple locations.The food is always plentiful and flavorful ? Definitely recommend any of their BBQ sets & the spam/donkatsu musubis!!!!

I love the quality of their food. You can now order through their app and get loyalty points, which serves me well because. I frequent this spot a lot. Might as well get a free entree or spam musubi. The restaurant is always clean and the staff is friendly. I had some trouble with my order posting the points and she took my name to give to the manager to take care of. Sure enough, when I opened my app next, the points were there. I didn't even have to follow-up , which seems to be not the norm. As far as food goes, I love everything on their menu. I always order the combination meat plate with beef, short ribs, and bbq chicken. My kids love their katsu chicken. The chicken is juicy and the breading is crunchy! They can do it right! I ventured out and ordered their garlic fish and I was very pleasant surprised. You won't be disappointed, give this spot a try!

I ordered the chicken Ramen bowl the noodles are nasty and under cooked chicken is nasty I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Disappointed when my order was made incorrectly and since I was on the go, I didn't find out until I got to my destination. I feel like staff don't really pay attention and they rush thru. Chicken on my plate was good but the rest was not edible because it's not what I ordered (actually, it was ALL what I asked them to leave off my plate), I'm still hungry and I tipped them thinking id get better service!!Heaven forbid you order a Lolo island freeze because they have to move a bunch of sauces they are prepping to get the freezer open.Won't be back because cashier never greeted me, never handed me my order ( I assumed the bag on the counter was mine after my number was called), and never thanked me for my order or coming in.Parking is and always has been a challenge here; you can park in back.Pre-pandemic was better because people would be playing ukulele in the dining area and there were more seats.

used to be good but now there's zero attention to detail. I ordered a mini BBQ chicken plate, all macaroni salad, no rice. I got all rice, see picture. Was on the go, can't go back to have them fix my order. Incredibly disappointed. Won't be back.
