Very busy night at this little Caesars location not gonna lie started out with the one star review and a very bad complaint but after long wait. I Edited my review from one star to a five and a much better comment, reason the owner or manager took full responsibility and charge leaving us with 100% customer service satisfaction. Thank you

They consistently forget ranch when I order delivery. I only eat pizza with ranch so it’s disappointing that this has happened twice in a row. Especially since they make you pay for ranch

I came in and ordered crazy bread and hot wings. The lady in the front tried to give me what she had prepared already (sitting out for 15 minutes). I told her, I'll wait for fresh food. She replied it'll be about 15-20 minutes. I'm okay with that. The lady in the back threw away her gloves, moved the trash (with her hands), then proceeded to make thee orders. GROSS!! ? Of course I said something after what I just observed. The lady in the front took a couple more orders and then decided to do the same (after touching money). I politely told them how DISGUSTING that is and demanded they both wash their hands and make my food properly or give me a refund. This time's the charm!I will NOT be ordering from this Little Caesars location again! Shocked this location is not shut down. Within minutes, I saw a lot! If I was a health inspector, I'd shut them down.Y'all gotta do better!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would I went there to get two classic pizzas keep in mind there was only one other person in the store the manager was on her phone not helping out and giving me dirty looks while more and more people began to enter there store it became a rush and she sat there playing on her phone the whole time and kept rolling her eyes at me I would have said something but I’m not on the talking stuff I would have just swung

I live around the corner from this store and I drive extra to the one on del Paso because other than the one nice guy that works here, the rest are trash and rude. They refuse to make hot and ready pizzas then make you wait 30+minutes when every other LC only takes 15. Plus they never answer the phone so you can't call in to avoid this. They won't even make them during the times they know are their daily rushes. They are in my neighborhood and I keep trying to give them chances but I'm over them. Don't waste your time

I have a pretty long commute (From Richmond to Sacramento). I wanted to call and make an order about 20 minutes in advance that way it's ready by the time I get there. I had to call 7 times in order for them to pick up. When they did pick up, I was already around the corner. Now I have to wait an additional 20 minutes. Food is good & hot at least.

when I saw with dirty hands how they throw these pizzas into a box, it was very inconvenient to take it to the client. They didn’t cover the pizza with stickers and unwrapped it a little more and put it in the bag. I already realized the pizza is uneven. when I said to seal and check the pizza, they told me what about you? We take her as our own. I complained to the management and the order was delivered. and guess what? They gave me a grade of one. and I gave them time to press the order and it was ready. I entered the code to pick up the order, and they handed it to me at the checkout. look at the cameras. The idiot also turned out to be to blame. where's the justice? They ruined my rating and I won’t order from them again even if the rating gets worse. ignore me and so do I.

What a horrible area and parking lot area .....!understand why maybe bad reviews I give a 5!stars Bernice was kind quick and she bilingual I'll be back because of her .... Maybe without the kiddos parking lot isn't to nice but can't blame your business because of it ..... also lobby area was clean and from what I can see in the back to!

I will never eat from here again. I just ordered to get pizza and cheese bread but find out the cheese bread smelled like its been expired the moldy smell and bitter taste. If you do plan to eat here I suggest you order to be prepared and
