I asked for an empty cup for water on 3-16-24. The very rude employee told me I had to buy bottled water. I asked him isn't it proper to serve plain water with food. He told me "show me where it says that in the code". I was horrified by his behavior.
Still in California on business and like others have wrote wish I would have read the reviews. It's the morning and I ordered the breakfast burrito with carnitas. One employee was taking orders and making food. A second employee came out from the back and looked like she was harassing the other employee who appears to be handicapped. While he was making food she appears to be giving him a hard time about something. I can only assume she was the manager as she appeared to do more...read full review

Extremely rude service 3-16-24. I asked for a cup for water and was told I had to buy a bottle. I asked isn’t it proper to have water available when serving food. The man told me “show me where it says that in the code”. I was shocked. The couple before me had a scuffle as well and left 1/2 way through their order. I wish I had as well.
