The coffee is delicious. No complains there. I would want more pastry options just for variety since I visit often but the ones available are great.Mast coffee has plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. There are stools available that are not too comfortable for long-term seating but there are also sturdy wood benches available indoors where I love to sit. I would live it if they added a few standard chairs with no armrest. Stools can be uncomfortable for large folks or folks staying for more than 15 minutes. The atmosphere is trendy coffee shop, with people working on their laptops, live plants all throughout, and music being played at a volume higher than most places.I can see this being a good date location when meeting someone foe the 1st time. Lots of space to sit and music loud enough for you to have a conversation and some privacy. It would be nice if there was ice water available for customers to refill their own cup.Wheelchair accessible seating and fat-friendly seating available.Wheelchair accessibility: Large space, wide open areas and chairless tables you can use

Big industrial roastery/cafe, wood accents warm the space. Good place to get some writing done.

Great little spot for a delicious coffee and breakfast. The mocha was one of the best I’ve had in a while, and the pastries didn’t disappoint. I went with the meat quiche and chocolate croissant. The atmosphere is really chill and the baristas were extremely friendly. Wifi was fast, so I was able to get a little work done while I enjoyed a delightful little breakfast!

On a Saturday morning, my husband and I decided to take our dogs for a walk downtown and grab a cup of coffee. We wanted to try a new spot that neither of us had tried before so we found our way to Mast coffee. Where Mast is located has been two previous coffee shops. Here's to hoping the third time is a charm for this location. I ordered a cold brew with some of their house syrup while my husband ordered just a classic black Americano. The coffee is strong and robust. It has great flavor that can stand on its own, but is also well complemented by their syrup and milk, for a touch of sweetness and creaminess. The space itself is quite large and would be a nice spot to sit and get some work done.

Good coffee, good pastries, and good vibe. The coffee is always good. I've tried the sweet latte with regular or oat milk and both are good.

The gentleman who took our order was amazing and full of information. So helpful on our first time there. The ambiance is warehousey with brewing silos. Great indoor and outdoor seating. Nice place to be able to relax over a cup of coffee and pastry.

I love this place. The aesthetic of the place is just so nice and clean almost like a Temple but ya know its not temple. Ive beeen here a handful of times and the service has been quick and excellent every time. Highly recommend this for the coffee lovers out there.

Originated in 2021 by two locals Michael Sanchez & Stephen Mentze whom came up with their own idea of a coffeehouse while in college. The Mast coffee concept came 9 years after the roasting process started their vision. The shop imports its beans from several regions around the globe, which includes Ethiopia, Brazil, Costa Rica, Guatemala & Colombia. While visiting my daughter who lives in the area, we wanted to give this place a go. I was particularly interested in the oat latte. I ordered that & my daughter got the brown sugar sweet latte cold brew. Had to go on line for the menu as no visible list of items was to be found in store (that I could find anyway). The guy taking my order was clearly irritated as his facial expression was that of extreme disappointment. As I went to place my order he asked "How's it going ?", I said "Ok, and you?" He then proceeded to tell me, he was working "off the clock" & I was like "O' that's not good"! They had a barista there was well & she just had one order a head of mine. Don't know what all this was about but they seemed to have serviced all customers & patrons seemed comfortable inside and outside the establishment. Waited shortly for my two drinks and was disheartened by my daughter's drink as it was naturally filled with ice, but the cold brew didn't meet expectation to the brim of the glass. Shorted on the pour for the price. With tip and tax it as over $15 for two drinks. The oak latte was average, was hoping for more of the oat (oatmeal) flavor. Mild but could have used a little bit of sweet to the palate for a more pleasurable taste. Seating available inside & out. Huge open concept indoors with the public spheres feel. The outdoor patio is also pet friendly. Downside: it's not easy to get to. Little pricey for the quantity. No visual menu on counter or above bar. Out of stock on ALL bakery items except a few cookies. No croissant's, which we wanted to purchase. Staff need to be more careful about complaining to customers with their scheduling issues. My latte was average. Have had better and that was more memorable than theirs.

Mast has gone by many names while I've lived in Midtown - it has remained my goto spot for coffee beans and drinks to go or to enjoy in one of many spacious spaces. Mast sets itself apart as the best roaster to have incarnated in this building.

Mast took over the old Pivot, previously known as Identity, shop. This used to be my go-to spot for years - lovely people, great coffee, and perfect space to work. Once Mast took over, the whole feel changed. Baristas have a snooty vibe, all the prices were increased almost overnight without warning, drinks from the previous menu were removed and it no longer felt like an inviting space. Beautiful space, but coffee and service isn't worth it.
