I will never eat McDonald’s again. I haven’t been there in so many years well today I went. I ordered some nuggets a 10 piece I got all the way down to my last two nuggets and I found this inside this discussed me so much. Have a sour taste in my mouth

Very bad customer service even on non busy day. You always have to check your order. They will give you wrong order every time. This needs to improve. It’s a hassle to go back and correct your orders if you didn’t check what’s inside your bag.

This site has been always has homeless wandering around. They get into the bathroom at this location and take a shower locking the doors. Manager Chinese young man doesn't know that visually making customers wait at counter for ketchup and napkins that were not with order. We always dine in. We're are going to find a different store.

My kid loves McDonald but why are they give less and less fries. They act like it coming out of their own paychecks. McDonald's already paying you minimum wage and you get paid by the hour. Do you get a bonus from shorting the customer their french fries? How do you only fill a large fries half way? Are you trying to be the employee of the month for a company who dosent care about you?

Drive thru. Went to first window waiting to pay. Not one was there. Staff would walk by the window,some saw me there but kept walking. Finally after at least 4 minutes a fellow showed up,said sorry. I did think about just driving thru and going somewhere else.

The woman in the window tried to give me just hot coffee only. No, she wanted my receipt . I showed her my reciept. She kept saying she didn't see my meal. They also forgot 1 Damm burrito ? ? cold hash brown. I had to go to work. I didn't get my receipt back. Thank God I used a card.

Ice cream machine is always broken or down! Lol! Weird. . So now im stuck in a long nothing with a bunch of frustrated customers who are complaining about the service, I agree this establishment has gone downhill.

The pie recipe is different. I used to get them for the crust, now it is a weird skinny thing on top. The coffee is not as good as a couple of years ago. I believe all Mc Donald changes the measurements ? less coffee same water

The speed of service wasn't bad but the prices are outrageous literally $2 more on almost every item then the two other McDonald's within 2 miles of each other never coming back to this
