Ann should not be a manage at all she is very rude and very unprofessional. She needs to be fired or demoted. Lack Communication and people skills Walked in with a complaint regarding old and cold food and she was very rude and when asked for the corp number she used a freakin highlighter to write her name and phone under like a 3 year old would do. Unbelievable!!!! She is the worse, childless, and pathetic manager I’ve ever had an encounter with.

The workers there are always amazingly friendly and nice. There is a little bit of a wait sometimes cuz it's a double-lane drive-thru pickup so you have to wait for the traffic and the people in ahead of you but once I order my food I've never had to wait long for my food to get to me it's usually always ready by the time I get to the window.

The manager Wijia I believe that’s her name it’s rude with her employees she got mad at the young lady who was talking my order because according to her the client has to order from self help kiosk but I told her that there’s no option for a 1/4 pounder patties I had to wait at least 10 minutes for her to take my order
