I ordered three pizzas for my daughter’s 10 year old birthday party prior to seeing Annie at the SAFE center. I ordered with plenty of time to spare. They told me it’d be 30 min. I arrived at 25 min. Now it’s been 60 min and I’m still waiting. I may need to leave prior to even getting the pizza. And I don’t want five 10 yo girls to not eat prior to the show. So frustrating.

I suggest changing the hours to closing at 1030 or 1045 on weekends instead of 11. Came in at 1045, knowing they were closing soon, so not at all expecting to have dine-in service, but they wouldn't take to go orders either. Just confused because you're still open, but you're not open? If you don't take orders after a certain time, I completely understand but make your hours reflect that. You're in the heart of downtown and it's Saturday night. If you want to close at 1030, close at 1030. Bummer because I try to come here whenever I come to K Street, you're food is really good...
The food was great and so was the service. It was our first time and the server recommended some options. We took her suggestion and placed our order. 1 pepperoni, one margarita, garlic parm wings, and meatballs. Everything tasted great. Make sure you get the ranch to taste homemade and it's great on everything hehehe. :-) We will definitely be back soon.

Being from the east coast I am always in search of a true east coast pizza here in CA. Once again, I was dissapointed. The crust was horrible. It had a gummy texture and the pizza itself had no taste at all. Had the cannolli for dessert, as we we say back east: "faget about it" it was more than horrible. The shell was not at all a true cannolli shell and the taste was that of old oil that it was fried in. I have no idea what the filling was but it sure wasn't cannolli filling. I will not visit this establishment again, nor will I reccomend it to my east coast migrants here in CA.

Went here for the first time for a lunch meeting. Nice staff and quiet for our meeting. The pizzas were good. We each go one and shared. I got the margherita and prosciutto. It was fresh and tasty. My colleague got the Hawaiian. We didn't have room for dessert that day but we're interested in a few that we could try next time.

I'm a local here in Sacramento and I've come to eat here many times and have brought my friends to this place especially during Sac Anime Convention. I had a full pizza I fully paid for and I left for not even 10 minutes and after I ran back to get my pizza, it wasn't held for even a minute. In fact I received a very nonchalant "we throw food out once we bus our tables". I mean, for as pricey as the pizza is already, I thought there would be some grace in coming back to get my food. I left a tip on the box and the waiter was right there. There could've been some heads up!
first time here. Was visiting Sac just for an evening. The service was excellent, and we all agreed the food was pretty good.... just a smidge from great. I didn't really get the traditional pizza, but modern/cold ambience of the restaurant decor.

Below was my review from last year.They have turned a 180 and now are my favorite! I lived in Italy and this is truly authentic Neopolitan pizza at it's best! Highly recommend! Other than Naples the only places that came close for me were a couple spots in NYC. BRAVO on turning it around!!! Last review Nov 2022: Never again. Ordered double pepperoni pizza was barely regular amount of pepperoni. Cold on delivery after 45 minute wait. Soggy crust yet also burned. Go elsewhere!!

Orange Creamsicle was not worth it. Both pizzas were delish! Would definitely recommend. Wait staff was nice. Service was fast. Clean bathrooms and sitting area. This was our first time here and won't be our last.

I had an unusual experience during my visit. Despite pre-ordering for outdoor seating and paying in advance, there seemed to be a delay. The server estimated a 25-minute wait for my pizza, which was acceptable. However, after an hour of waiting without any acknowledgment, I had to inquire inside and discovered my pizza had been ready for a while, resulting in it being cold. It was disconcerting to have to check on my order in what is supposed to be a full-service restaurant. It's unclear whether this was a miscommunication on the server's part or if there was a lapse in attentiveness among the staff. Won't be returning.
