Bagel wasn’t toasted like I asked; wasn’t cut in half so it was messy to eat and bc it wasn’t toasted, the cream cheese just oozed out all over. Messy, just like the staff who for some reason couldn’t be bothered to listen to the actual order. I do NOT recommend Noah’s. Go to a REAL bagel place instead that delivers more than an expensive, cold, gross “bagel”. UPDATE: their corporate team sends an auto generated response asking me to do further work for them….how about you train your own staff and ensure your own quality is met. The laziness of this response is classic. My suggestion: quit auto replying in a total soulless corporate way and maybe I’d feel different. I always have a bad experience at ANY Noah’s bagels I’ve been to and this time I was hungry and it was close. I should’ve know better lol. DONT EVER GO TO THIS OR ANY NOAHS BAGELS. Do yourself a favor and find your local cafe or REAL bagel shop and not dumpster fire Noah’s Bagels. Look at all the other reviews! lol they prob pay google to suppress all the bad reviews lol

Every time I order from door dash for meetings, I order lots of bagels SLICED with multiple tubs of shmear. They have never arrived sliced. Any idea how ridiculous and embarrassing it is that a meeting room full of people are using plastic knives to cut open bagels? I just ordered one more time... I swear if they don't come the way I ordered it's the last time. It's the only Noah's close to us. GET IT RIGHT.

Found a thick piece of hair in my bagel. I threw it up. I knew not to trust this location. Few weeks ago, my boyfriend ordered a burrito and they gave him the bagel. We didn’t go back to change it. I also realized they don’t wrap the bagels correctly. It’s messy and clearly poor management.I will never ever come back to this location. Get it together.

Good food. Basically a walkup- no space to sit and eat. Exterior is not very friendly.

Needs serious work in the service department. The ONLY saving grace was the extremely nice older lady who helped right my issue. I asked for double meat on my sandwich and paid for it and got seemingly less than the normal portion somehow.I understand that business is bad for everyone nowadays and labor is short, but this can't be an excuse for paying customers having to bare bad attitudes, slow and aloof work ethics , and a severe lack of training. My sandwich had to go all the way through the queue again after I walked all the way back to get it sorted out. This shouldn't be the case. This is coming from someone who put in the their food service time for 7 years, so I'm not deaf to the plight of the modern food service worker. Again, these are fixable issues, but at present I can't bring myself to patronize this location until I'm confident changes have been made, which is a shame.

The worst dining experience I’ve had in a long time. Staff looked like they were half asleep. Not anything close to a friendly greeting. Very negative vibe in the whole place. There were 6 people out front with their backs to customers. No one said hello. Person at register scratched his head then wiped his nose then rubbed his eyes and continued on helping customers and serving food. Never washed his hands. It took over 15 minutes for my order with at least 7 staff members on the clock and most ingredients are pre-made. Horrible experience!!! Manager should be fired. I live in this neighborhood, and have worked in food service for over 40 years. They should be ashamed. They lobby was cluttered and dirty.

I typically come here Saturdays and get the same thing-a chorizo avocado sunrise egg sandwich, but lately the quality has been a lot lower than what it used to be. The Avocado they put on is old not fresh, so it's brown. I had to take it out my sandwich. The sandwich is also like half the size of what it used to be, or maybe it's because the avocado I took out of it. Also the presentation of the sandwiches are careless, which looks like it was made at a McDonald's because why is the sandwich so lopsided and like I have to build it myself when it's $8-9?

If I could rate this place no stars I would. This is one of the worst places to order breakfast or food in general in midtown. Just go in there for a half hour and watch the food being made! I rest my case! Managers are rude and the employees literally don't care about you or your order! It's sad this place is so busy in the heart of the city. Support a small business that actually cares not this conglomerate garbage!

yum yum yum...I love breakfast so whenever I can order breakfast later on in the morning, I am a happy camper. I have tried quite a few sandwiches here but the BLT is my favorite, simply yet tasty. I love that they cut the sandwich in half and both halves have all the ingredients so it really feels like a complete meal. I usually order with DoorDash so I have not been to the physical location so I am not sure of the set up but our food is always delivered quickly and warm. I only took a star off because in the 10 orders our office has had, i'd say maybe 4/10 were missing something (not sure if that is on the part of the restaurant or on the delivery service). Either way, I will continue to order from here.

One of our better bagel choices downtown (well technically midtown, but we come here a lot from downtown because it's just right there and all), and I am glad for it. It's between Noah's and Il Fornaio for delicious bagels, but I think Noah's has them beat with the office catering efficiency. I've been coming here for years, either for myself, or for my team. Wait times may vary, and vary drastically, but as long as I give myself the time to get there and back again, it's tickety boo. I can rely on this location and I appreciate that. My favorites are the standard millennial could make at home but also wants reasons to write yelp reviews smeared avocado on toasted bagel, the chocolate chip cookie, the plain cream cheese shmear (I know how boring of me), the asiago bagel, and in the digestive before times, the cheddar jalapeno bagel. The coffee is surprisingly good, too. The vanilla hazelnut Chelsea medium? roast is where it's at for me. They have some breakfast pastry things that are also really good, but I can't remember which one I like best. I think it has berries on it, if anyone is taking notes. Edit: The author went to look at her own notes for once, and reader, it was the strawberry and cream streusel I like the variety of options they offer, with many beyond just bagels and spreads. They have breakfast sandwiches, avocado "toast," pastries, actual lox if you're into that, brekkie burritos, pizza bagels, muffins, baked hashbrown bricks, coffee, juices, teas, and other sweet and savory thingies. There are many bagel and schmear flavors as well, from the healthier to the very much not healthier. People who want sweet bagels? People who want plain bagels? People who want onion bagels? They got you. I think they have one of the better plain bagels that I've had, but then again I have never been to NYC. The Horror. There's a tiny parking area behind the building, and street metered parking as well, so be prepared for that. Sometimes they have vegan spread, but sometimes they are out. I do not think I have ever used the bathroom, so I cannot give an accurate Report of Bathroom for those who for some reason may still be taking notes. Pretty good tasting bagels and service that does the best they can given with how busy they can get during the workweek. Thanks Noah's.

I placed an order on DoorDash for 4 bagels with a side of shmear and a turkey sausage cheddar bagel. Order arrived and had my name on receipt but I received a dozen bagels (none of which I ordered) no schmear and no turkey sausage bagel. This store doesn't even answer the phone, I called them over 10 times to make sure they got my reorder correct but no one even picked up. Extremely disappointed this store has gone down hill.

22 minutes for a Bagel. No need to say more.

Highly recommend ordering through their app. So much quicker. Have been to this location serval times and they usually get kinda busy around 7:30-8:30am so order ahead. But I have ordered in person, just a bagel and smear and typically they are pretty quick. I don't think I've ever waited more than 5-10 min max on a busy day. Bagels are always fresh, great variety of bagel options and staff is always friendly.
