This is going to sound like an exaggeration but trust me it's not, this is quite possibly the best food I've ever eaten. Got the Mongolian "beef" dish on the servers recommendation and I was so happy, loved the texture of the mock beef, lot's of greens on the plate that balanced the dish. the food is fantastic, the staff is wonderful, and after 9 hours of driving Vegas to Sac that I do pretty regularly, Noble is always my first stop when I get into town! (pro tip - the Ruby Pearls & the Wisdom Garlic Vegeken are AMAZING) been vegan 10 years and this place still blows my mind!Vegetarian options: 100% vegan and 100% delicious

Got the Vegan Mongolian beef & chow mein w/ sticky rice, where the host offered I try the wonder noodles, where the chow mein noodles are cooked-in w/ the Mongolian beef & it was not just wonderful, but AMAZING!!!

This is definitely one of my favorite vegan restaurants in Sacramento. Food aside, the staff is always so kind and attentive. There's always good music playing too! But the food really is delicious. So flavorful and made with healthy and quality ingredients. I hope to eventually try everything on the menu!
