Six of us spent well over $100.00 at your establishment yesterday afternoon at approximately 4:00 pm. Regrettably, received inadequate service. Specifically, an employee abruptly sat a small container of dressing down and rudely stormed away. She failed to simple place it before the customer that ordered the sauce and just landed it anywhere on our table without thought or care. This made for an unpleasant experience for all in attendance.

Broadway branch, went there this morning, was excited to try this place, brought husband and mother to try this ‘amazing’ coffee, the three of us threw the cups near full due to bad taste, it’s burnt or something! The taste is just unbearable, so embarrassed I woke them up and drove 15 miles for that. I will not go again.

Get here early as the Terminal B security checkpoint will usually take about 20-30min to get through. And plan for an extra 20-30min if you want coffee from Starbucks.

We visit Sac frequently and to escape relatives we often find ourselves at Old Soul. Latte and Espresso are good, food menu is good and food is well prepared. We have never felt out of place as old people in a hipster joint. Nobody rushes us to leave and go back to see our relatives. It's a really nice place to hang to restore. They also have beer and wine,
A really pleasant, small airport! Clean, modern, and easy to navigate. Rarely long lines.

Too long a wait! The food lost its taste. Not stopping here again. Stop here only if you have ample of time on hand. Edited a bit after having the sandwich. It was good but still delayed. If it was on time it would have got 4 stars.

If you need coffee and internet don't go here. Worst internet of any shop in sac. Good for conversations not productivity. I would give it 5 stars as it's one of the few coffee shops that you can find a seat and the coffee and food are great but I try and go here to get some work done while I have a cup but the internet is probably the worst of any shop in Sac. They know it's spotty and do nothing about it. Brought up to the barista to check if it he could check the router cause I usually have issues but can eventually get out but nothing this time and all he could say was yea it's spotty sometimes.

They pull a great shot, that's about all I can say about this place. I wasn't a huge fan of the coffee beans (leaned a little more bright and fruity for my taste) but if you're into that this place could be your jelly jam as they really know how to make an espresso drink. It's also a super cute and funky space, I loved that people were chatting, drinking their coffees, eating their pizzas, etc. Would love to be able to come and spend more time here and also scope out the other offerings. For coffee though this is probably a case of yum for you, yuck for me.
