I came in with my friend on a Tuesday night which is "couples night" and let me just say we had an excellent experience ! From the service to the food everything was amazing . Thank you Victor , Kenji and Iliana (bartender) . The drinks were also amazing Im for sure coming back soon

Best place ever. A hidden gem in downtown Sacramento. Salad bar is amazing. The meat is flavorful and tender. Service is amazing. If it is your first time, staff will guide you through the experience. Definitely worth it.

I booked a reservation for 10 people at 12:30pm on Sunday. When we got there the place was empty. The hostess gave us the option of sitting at separate tables (ready right now) or they could move tables together so we could sit together. We chose the 2nd option. They certainly had the availability! It took them 15 minutes to get our table ready. Not a big deal but we had the reservation for a couple days- they could have had it ready for us ahead of time. Our server was very nice but very slow. Slow to take drink orders and bring drinks. Only one Guacho bringing meats around. Again he was very nice and accomodating but it was a little slow. Food was delicious. Buffet and meats both were great! Ordered desserts and again it took quite awhile for them to come out. We had the place to ourselves the whole time beside one other couple. It was a 2 hour meal... probably average for a group of 10. But in my mind with us being the only people there it could have been a faster dinner. I would go again but just go with the idea you are not in a hurry.

The Sacramento location has good food selection and a good salad bar. You will be in awe with the setting as if you in a Michelin star type of restaurant. Management always checking on their customers and will do anything to keep you happy. Highly recommend this location.

The service was amazing!!!! They were constantly coming around with all the meats & if anything ran out they were quick to refill it & clear the old dishes & plates!! Victor & Tayja(so sorry if I spelled that wrong..) were beyond amazing!!My oldest son also was married on the second & the Pampas team made their visit extra special!! THANK U SO MUCH!!!!

Went to celebrate Valentine’s Day. I love the food, the service and the place! The staff was amazing. Even though they were so busy and only with one week of the doors open they did well to accommodate us. Yes, we needed to wait. But, it’s Valentine’s Day right? The pineapple with ice cream was delicious!!!! ??? At the end of the day we had so much fun and we left full and satisfied!!! Really recommend them!

Me and my husband came to this Restaurant on a Friday night around 7:30 and one side of the resturaunt was filled with people but that part was blocked off by a wall and we got out on a side that was fairly empty and only had about 6-7 tables all in close proximity to each other. The server came up to us and said hi do you know how it works here and we had informed her we had been to a Brazilian steak house before but it was our first time here and she said ok just so you know we only have either salad bar or the meat open. We opted in for the meat and salad bar however once we were done at the salad bar we filped our card to yes (start bringing the meat) but we waiting for 45 minutes and only 2 very small pieces of meat came to us (the size of a Oreo) and after the 45 minutes we call our waiter over and tell her that barely anybody has come by and that it's getting close to closing time. She just kept repeating I don't know what is happening with you table and acting very confused and kept repeating I'm sorry my head is not in it tonight I don't know what is going on. I don't think for this kind of establishment it should be this terrible of service. They then brought the manager over and he apologized and a hour into our meal the music finally turned on and we started seeing some meat come our way. The meat tasted very bland and was very raw. We like our meat medium rare which we told them but every piece was coming out extremely rare. We love Brazilian steakhouses but we will not be returning to this one! Very sad and disappointed.

Exceptional, I loved the experience and the service, saladbar with a lot of variety different from all the steakhouses I've been to, I recommend the prime ribs cut that my wife and I love, I will definitely return.
