Workers were respectful and kind but when I asked for a knife one of them told me they don't have knives. He asked if something wasn't cut up enough. Seriously?! I had to ask if he was joking but nope-- they genuinely don't provide knives for their patrons. What higher up made this decision? Pretty pathetic. Food is overpriced for what it is too.

They tried to charge me extra for my entrees even though I ordered the big plate combo. They also skimp on the meat, they charged me for the wrong entree and then wouldn't let me see my receipt. Hands down the worst panda express I've been to. Literally any other location is better

This is the second time my points have been deleted when they are about to be close enough to redeem for a family meal. I have better things to do than arguing about the integrity of your rewards incentive program. However, it seems like a lie to me at this point. We have been eating panda express almost everyday for the past couple months. My son likes it better than Mcdonalds now. I meet with clients at your restaurants because you have a location close to my home and my office. My son will not be happy but I think we will not be choosing Panda express anymore because of your unethical points program practices and maybe you will notice you have less business but maybe not because it is busy often. Either way, I am going to report you to the better business bureau and tell them to investigate your site because I am truely angry now. Furthermore, I think your food is actually not very healthy and likely contains ingredients that are harmful. I just had a physical and I have gained 12 pounds and my cholesterol and blood pressure is elevated. I think I will write a blog about your restaurant and it will not be favorable but people will read it and they should be informed. You put mono sodium glutamate in your food and that makes it addicting, but it's very unhealthy and also causes cancer. Sadie Chess

I accidentally ordered a extra drink I had the cup in my hand and told the worker I didn’t want two drink he said he couldn’t give me a refund I asked why he said because the manager wasn’t there like what ? Do you just expect me to be okay with u taking my money um no never in my life coming

I normally try not to go to Panda Express, however running errands and lack of planning, I ended up here . I decided to dine in and I wanted to point out an interesting picture on their chopstick wrapper. The irony of chopsticks placed vertically in your food is a big no-no since this reflects the incense many Asian countries use (vertically) to pay homage to those who have passed. Things that make me go ???

Containers of a la carte not full. $5+ for 5 pieces of broccoli and 4 pieces of beef the size of a quarter. Same problem with other sides in our family meal. Next time I'm opening everything before I leave to see if the boxes are full.
We are paying more that's understood due to inflation. Since we're paying more should food container get smaller? The servings are super small at this one location especially. Done coming here. Either you charge the same and make portions smaller or charge more and keep our good size portions. You don't get both for almost $4 dollar hike in prices

Ordered a family meal online. They package the meal in the carry box, and hand it to you when u arrive... The problem was they include NO sauces to the things I ordered. The egg roll, no sweet and sour sauce. The teriyaki chicken NO sauce! Same location does the same thing with their door dash orders does not include sauce. Not even one simple soy sauce or hot sauce unless asked for. You would think if it's an online or door dash order they would include a simple sauce for ordering from their establishment.
