I know what I'm getting into whenever I get Panda Express. I'm either looking to satisfy a craving or I just want comfort food. With that being said, I've probably only eaten Panda maybe around 5 times? I just think there are better options for comfort food or to satisfy my cravings. I've eaten here once before. Food and service were both just alright. Place was clean and A/C was working well in the middle of a bad heat wave. I went back here today to take advantage of a deal I couldn't pass up, and service was so good I just had to leave this review. There were only two of them and dinner rush was starting to creep up, but they were both so friendly, sweet, and really efficient. The quick interaction you had with them, they spent it getting your order, cracking a quick joke, then ringing you up. Sure, they'd upsell (probably required by corporate) but they weren't pushy at all and would stuff your container to the brim. The food was actually really, really good this time. Not sure what they did different. Maybe the few times that I've been to, I went on a bad day? Or the cooks today just knew what they were doing. Either way, my visit today actually made me excited for Panda Express again and I'm hoping for a repeat experience next time.

This place has a fantastic manager. I never met the manager but this is how I can tell: Fannie was the first person to greet me. She smiled and seemed to want to be there working. She is friendly and extremely helpful. I moved down the lone to the cashier Justin. Justin is attentive and goes above with customer service I was there with my wife and toddler son. Even though my wife and I only ordered two plates, Justin placed three fortune cookies in my bag. It's these little gestures that I notice and is really appreciated. Please be sure to let Fannie and Justin know they are doing a fantastic job. An employees performance is a direct reflection of their managers leadership. Good job!

Perfect road-trip food, for something a bit healthier than usual fast food or truck stops.This location is perfect for a Super Charger stop! Nice place to break, walk and PE was generous on their portion. Patient with my sons order, and food was good, espy the steam vegetables. Some locations don’t have a good mix of kale, or looks old, this location was spot on. 3 entree fed us both!

The only reason for the 4 star review of the atmosphere, was the homeless presence. They need security, or more of it. Otherwise, great food, great price, great staff.

In what world does the owner only hire ONE front counter staff to greet, take the order and use the cash register? Waiting 4 minutes per person... got here to get a quick bite to eat during lunch and the line had only moved 4 people in 15 minutes! Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else if you want FAST
Of all the panda express i go to, and thats a lot, this one is the worst. The food is always mixed together and they dole it put like its money. I eat at panda three times a week. This one sucks compared to 99% of others. Bowls never full like they get commission. This bowl after i had to beg for more like oliver. She told me to buy the plate.

I went to go get food, man let the two security men in front of me go but told me it was closed... it was 10:30am (their opening time) it's already hard as it is to find something to eat and man did me dirty

The food portions are better than before. This new staff works hard and as a team. The last time we were here the plate of food was skimpy. Tonight the bowls of food are full. You don't have to wait for fresh food to be cooked. Glad we came again. We almost gave up on this place. Glad we didn't. Thank you to the management for the great staff you hired. Thank you.
