Terrible service! Look at the video. Pay attention to Manager Bao. She refuses to pour drinks and asks for extra money for it. Guys, yours is like other Fontan restaurants, we want to get another one. This means I can add a drink. They decided, I ask for refund. They promised to call the manager I wait for 25 minutes, they did nothing. I am extremely disappointed in Panda Express with manager Bao. Such people should not work for you.

I found a hair in my food halfway through. No it’s not mine as I’m POC and this is NOT my hair type and it was buried under my noodles. I’m glad I already pick through my food from fear of getting sick because if I just ate normally I wouldn’t have noticed until it was in my mouth. Please invest in some hair nets.

This place started to be wimpy on the plates servingsThey try to puff up the food when scooping to make it look more. Just watch they scoop in and out the plate

Right before hurricane Hillary hit. I went to Arden to shop till I drop. Grabbed some Panda Express and the guy with all the charms on his hat with glasses was very fast and friendly! 10/10

Panda Express is one of the most GREEDY restaurant companies I can think of. Maybe the worst. While the prices keep edging up, the food containers at Panda Express keep getting smaller and smaller, and shallower and shallower. The portions are literally half what they used to be in years past. They take you from both ends. No more from this fed up customer.
Not completely horrible, but only a notch up on the other 3 or 4 Asian themed restaurants in this food court. I was incredible disappointing in the orange chicken which was like a soggy nugget. When orange chicken is done perfectly, the outer breading if fried to perfections and has a beautiful crunch.

Esther should be fired for the type of service she provides to African American customers. My daughter and I were on a mommy-and-daughter date because school just ended and my 8-year-old wanted Panda Express (one of her faves). We got in line, waited about 5 minutes for her to take care of 1 customer and then it was our turn. Mind you, we're the only ones in line at this point, and just as she finishes with the gentleman's order she comes back to us and a white woman walks up Esther asks her how can I help you? Wow, even the white woman was shocked and said, "You didn't see her here first?" I'm so tired of racism and I'm sure this is isolated because I frequent Panda often and have really good experiences with the team members. This girl was combative, almost took a stance, and look as if she wanted to fight. She threw my food on my plate (extra small portions), didn't provide me with the requested condiments, and was argumentative just because she had to help me next! Wow, even my 8-year-old was wondering what was wrong with her! #FireEsther #RetrainEsther #BlackLivesMatter

Pass pass pass. I have no clue how "Boa" can be a manager yet doesn't know how to operate the computer system to apply voucher from panda to order. It literally gave you instructions on the email and you couldn't process it .

No stars, I ordered with the $1 delivery, 45 minutes later food said it was delivered, which I never received, I tipped pretty good too. I called customer service and they said they would refund the money back to my card. That was on Feb 3rd, I even got an email saying they were going to refund the money, which today now Feb 24th and still no refund, $31 all for no foodi never received, I've emailed them 3 times and no answer. Never again the worst delivery experience ever and horrible customer service. I was trying to not put any stars and it won't give me the option it's making me pick a star to leave this review. What a joke, becareful ordering delivery from here you might end up like me donating $31 to Panda. Times are ruff but damn to just take money from customers is wrong
