Food is good. Kind of hit and miss but still better than some of the other panda locations.
Terrible customer service from Blanica or something of that nature.I was questioned and discriminated against for trying to simply correct an order.Despite her BOSS telling her to fix my food she still kept questioning my receipt.No way to treat a customer.She even went as far as to say I didn’t order from that restaurant and when corrected I wasn’t issued an apology.

Ordered 2 family meals and they didn’t give out any utensils or any sauces no napkins and they only gave me 5 items had to come back for the rest of my orderWhen I asked for the utensils and sauce packets they only gave me 2 condiments and said that’s all they could give me when I have 2 family meals that feeds up to 10 people together customer service wasn’t good lady was rude

Panda us my favorite and I've eaten at every restaurant in Sacramento. The food here its always fresh, delicious, and just the BEST in Sacramento!
I have a major complaint. With the price inflation going up and these small portions being served for all the customers and all the food waste being thrown out every night this is really making me upset with panda restaurants. $8 for a bowl that is half full is a crazy for me to pay I really feel cheated here.

I rarely leave reviews for the public but I feel the need to do so, an extraordinary experience I had at this location of the franchise, the staff working here was able to work properly during rush hours effectively communicating with each other, and the cooks were extremely talented and fast keeping up with demand, the staff members in customer service were extremely helpful and friendly, Berenice hopefully that's her name was extremely helpful working with her team meanwhile proving above and beyond customer service while multitasking, however, this visit was interrupted by one of the cashiers Helen I believe that's her name she was extremely insistent in asking customers to donate their change to charity guilty tripping customers into doing so, I will definitely not enjoy her my experience next time If I am guiltily tripped into donating my money hopefully management takes action because It's unacceptable to be bothered that much into donating, nevertheless amazing service all aside!

I'm surprised to read the numerous negative reviews. I frequent here often but I drive thru most times. My experience thus far has always been positive. The food is hot and generous portions. The service is quick and professional, regardless how long the drive thru line is. The dining area is clean and the servers are polite. The entire facility is well kept. The only reason I didn't give 5-stars is because they almost always forget to include a packet of soy sauce in my bag. They never forget to put packets of other sauces that I never use. The one sauce I want is never there. Sometimes I forget to ask but I shouldn't have to. This should be the norm.

So rude people work out there, and at 10 pm I asked to use the restroom, they told me “it’s already clean, so you can not use it”. This location closes at 10:30 pm, isn’t right to close the restroom 30 minutes earlier?
