Gluten-free crust is delicious!! Great customer service, staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend it!

I ordered online for the soonest possible pickup (30 minutes). When I arrived (30 minutes after placing my order) to pickup my order I was asked to pay and after paying I was told my order had not been started. The employee stated their policy was not to make the pizzas until payment was received. Five minutes later a woman walked in, stated she pre-ordered, she then paid paid and was immediately handed her pre-made pizza. I had accidentally selected EBT and pay at pickup when checking out. I can only assume that is why my order was not prepared in advance while another customers was. I truly hope I am wrong and PM is not implementing such policies.

June, 10th, 2023Normally im not one to run to a review site in order to convey the experience i had at a local pizza chain but my last experience at papa murphy's on folsom left much to be desired. I ordered online@ 5:30 i was quoted 30 minutes for one cheese pizza and cheese bread. I decided to show up a little early in case the store was busy, it was 5:52 and there was one customer at the register. i told the girls at the counter i was here for a pickup-- I gave them my name-- and told them im a little early im ok to wait for my intended pickup of 6:00. she said it will be started shortly. There were alot of tickets on the counter, ive worked in restaurants before, i get it. it seemed like they had trouble organizing the orders that were printed out for to-go or placed on the phone. these orders didnt seem to get made in the order they placed. after im in the store for about 12 minutes, a couple of girls come in and order almost exactly what i had ordered, over 30 minutes ago. very shortly after, the girls are given their order they made in storeahead of me and another lady who was previously waiting before these two. 6:17 rolls around and the girl asks what im waiting for again! im asked if i was there for another "name". when i corrected her, she became very obviously flustered because at this point ive been in the store for almost 30 minutes. I never gave the staff a hard time about it, i took my pizza and went on my way. you dont feel like a priority at this location. the last few times ive opted for on-line orders it seems as if my pizza isnt even on the ticket line @ my intended pick up time. the food is always good here, some of the staff need some training or extra help on the weekend.

For only $6.99 a calzone, i was able to feed my family of 5 for a great price! The team at Folsom is always friendly and always makes me a great pizza. Thanks again guys!!!

My mom ordered online a family size 1/2 chicken, bacon, artichoke & 1/2 ground beef and onion. When I picked it up it was 3/4 ground beef and onion & 1/4 chicken, bacon & artichoke. I hesitated when I saw it but I still took it home for my mom and she was mad and called the location to complain, the manager didn't believe her so we took it back thinking it would be remade but that wasn't an option! The manager said sorry but the sauce shows it's half & half ! I told him the toppings don't show it's half & half but he didn't care and refused to do anything about it. He said I can't resale it because you left the store and wasn't willing to make another and wouldn't give my elderly mom her money back! Never will any of us support that store!

Came here for a Salad on my lunch and the lettuce was all brown. Went back inside and asked for a new one to either be made or I guess last resort money back. Now I'm not super picky and never complain but the lettuce was honestly really bad. The owner mentioned even if he made a new one that the lettuce was just not good... now that's a possibility but I think he was just trying to get rid of the salads that expired today as this was the only in one of this kind, in the case.... there were plenty of the other types. The other ones looked pretty good and lettuce didn't appear wilted. I just don't like sun dried tomatoes or ham. So I didn't want those ones. I think this was just a classic case of trying to be cheap. Thinking I would just deal with it... I asked for my money back. Not to mention he struggled giving me my refund on my card. And ended up giving me cash. The younger guy working was super friendly - long hair pony tail kid. Pretty cool guy but he def could've used some help!! All in all just doesn't seem like that great of a location

Pretty good pizza pie.What stands out is the service. The workers at this location are friendly and do their job well.Usually I get pissed off at the must tip for everything now on the payment screen but I don't get upset here. Eh, they have never let me down service wise so I don't mind the using the prompt.Its the best take and bake option here in Sacramento.
*Myka - not sure of the spelling.. was amazing! Her customer service 100% She couldn't hear me due to vocal damage and still went out of her way! This is who you need! Advance her immediately!

For what you are charging for take and bake, I'll take my business down the street to Round Table. You are high of you think I'll pay those prices for low quality pizza.

Will never go to this location again. Multiple times (over muilple years) I have tried to use a coupon and they won't honor it, when all other locations I have gone to will. This last time they tried to make me pay a few dollars more then the coupon rather then honoring it. The one of the next closest stores took the coupon with no questions ask.
