Absolutely horrible. I made an order ahead to make sure my order would be ready on time for Halloween night. Should have known from the pulling into a full parking lot something was wrong. Got inside of the overly crowded store about 5 minutes after my order should have been ready. Waited in line about 10 minutes to be told "the store wasn't prepared for such a large crowd so tehy are about an hour behind on orders." Its Halloween one of the busiest nights for a pizza place, you've got to be kidding me. So in good faith knowing I had a little time before I needed the pizza hoping they would process out orders a little faster than an hour I waited. I should have known better, I got back in line an hour later for an update and they said "maybe another 20 minutes." Its my own fault but they didnt offer a refund and 35 or so other people along side me waited well over that additional 20 minutes for mediocre pizza. I do not recommend the pizza, the staff was t helpful or honest and cannot rate this place low enough. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE WATE OF TIME AND MONEY.

The person who helped me was super friendly! I put in an online order (to get a discount) just before going, so I arrived well before it was scheduled to be ready. Sure enough, my order was behind others, but he immediately made mine and I was on my way!
Papa Murphy’s is my place but today I was treated very disrespectfully by John a 40 something year old crew member to long to go into but if you don’t like your job you should find another that will suit you because this is a customer service job you serve customers so for today 2⭐️on John

Called to get details of the mediYUM pizza currently advertised online. He was rude, kept interrupting, cutting me off, wouldn't let me complete my questions. When I kept asking the same question he accused me of harassing him and hung up. I called back just to explain, had to wait 3 min before he answered phone because they captured my ph# on original call. I calmly explained I kept asking the same question because I kept getting interrupted. He finally said he didn't know anything about their own website or any specials on it. I thanked him and hung up. No apology, no thank you. Longtime customer but I've never been treated so rudely before. This location is only a half mile from my house but I'll go to another PM and NEVER go back to this one.

Halloween 2022--these guys did their best with a really rough situation (a centralized online ordering system that has no regard for how many pizzas a store can actually make at once) and kept their cool with a store full of customers. Was my pizza 1.25 hours late? Yes, and might have been later except for the level-headed manager taking pity on a mom with a toddler in tow. I imagine they experienced a lot of frustration, so wanted to throw in some appreciation here.

Very yummy delicious pizza. Love the Pumpkin shaped pizza for Happy Halloween. They've gone down hill. More expensive but lower quality, more chemicals, crusts burn and fall apart easier. Their cookie dough used to be the best but now tastes chemical and makes my stomach upset.Even with a group to feed, I likely won't be going back. Chinese is cheaper and healthier, and even store-bought take and bake is cheaper and healthier now. Pizza guys deals are better, and they cook them!
