I was in there today at 9:30am and left my bag there, called to find out it was still sitting there and no one took it at 2 pm, got a hold of a very nice person named Paige and she got and saved my day, on my birthday of all things, Wow!!! Really instills faith in mankind when you least expect it, plus while I was there they were just awesome the staff. Thank you so much.

Same great quality you'd expect from any Peets. Always quick service, but staff is impersonal and unengaging. Definitely a hangout spot for the retired older men in the neighborhood.Parking: Poorly designed parking lot that can be a challenge for the uninitiated. Small spots that are unsuitable for the many luxury sedans and SUVs found in the area.

Peet's is my "go-to" establishment for coffee. The flavor of the coffee is a 10+ and always fresh beans are sold here; never over, roasted or burned. Being a local California headquartered establishment I wholeheartedly support them as they are just a cut above that other large worldwide coffee chain. Always a good value.
Very fast service. Remodel is a disaster. Extremely uncomfortable new barstool seating and high tables drove half its customers, mostly older locals, away. Noisy due to high ceilings which could have been corrected in the remodel but was not. I come here rarely now.

I like the external view of Peet's Coffee at Fair Oaks Blvd. It's a classical-looking building that seems up on a hill overseeing the busy street and shopping area. This Pee't Coffee has lovely outdoor seating. I like to enjoy a cup of coffee when I'm in the area. The service is fast, and they have friendly workers behind the counter.

Neko was able to accommodate my tight timeframe request for the Cambro, 2.5 gallon, medium roast coffee for my work function. The next morning, I arrived a few mins past the 7am pick up, and my order was sitting on the counter waiting for me. Veronica assisted me with my purchase and offered to help me to the car. Great location, teamwork, and on-it customer focused employees. FYI, these coffee dispensers are available in 5 gallons as well. Thank you!
