Don’t get me wrong I use to L O V E this place but I’m currently looking for a new coffee shop sadly this place has gone down hill and I have to only think that’s why their other stores have been closing. For context I started going to Peet’s 5 years ago because I wanted to stop giving Starbucks business. That all changed this year I’ve went one time and it only confirmed the last 6 months of my dissatisfaction. In short the coffee is burnt and bitter In flavor like they have been rushing to hurry up and make the coffee and that’s been consistent. About 6 months ago I decided to get the app because they always ask me since I use to come like everyday they started using my legal name despite me going to this specific Peet’s for close to 2 years and me specifying otherwise it’s embarrassing because that’s not my name that anyone calls me anymore not my parents, doctor, or even my landlord call me that. My final line is when they permanently discontinued the lavender latte mmm no thanks. If I can’t get a decent drink and treated how I’d treat others I’ll pass. As much as I wanted to support Peet’s I don’t have a reason to anymore.

Not only did I get my order wrong but there attitude was the worst customer service I’ve ever received here. I came here March 6th 2024 between 4:30 5:30 and I was also told there was a limit to using the restroom how is there a limit if I payed for my stuff I’m a customer not someone who just walked in to ask to use the bathroom only the ladies working that shift on that day were very rude to me if your so unhappy with working here why work there?

Quality/Quantity - Regular Coffee - My favorite local chain brand of coffee; so glad there was one nearby as I needed another cup of coffee for this very long road trip back to the Bay Area with my young niece and nephew. Decaf Latte with Oat Milk - Good. Chai Latte with Oat Milk, Added Cinnamon - Yes, my daughter drinks fancy... but she deserves it! Atmosphere - Good size location. Plenty of seating. Need a code for the bathrooms, one of the two bathrooms were for employees only. Plenty of mall parking, even during the holiday season. Open 7 days a week from 5:30am or 7am until 5:30pm or 6pm; see my picture. Service - Good. Price - $12. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1966 with your first location in Berkeley, CA at Vine and Walnut. And in 1971, you trained 3 young entrepreneurs which would start a new venture called Starbucks.

This Peet's Coffee has a very convenient location. Many parking spaces are available to make it my go-to Peet's Coffee at work. The service is fast. I usually get my coffee in a couple of minutes. The store is spotless, and the workers here are very friendly.

I'm in Sacramento with my wife for a conference and came to this Peet's for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. What a great spot to chill and enjoy a drink. Thank you Char for the welcoming vibes and also for recommendations, and you actually remembered my name from the day before. The iced vanilla latte, omg so good.

Preclosed down 15 minutes before they say their hours are closed on the sign, super angry line staff (they can go somewhere else?), polite cashier. At least I got some form of caffine in the end, but very limited selection due to cleaning everything. Have liked this location in the past, though.

Ive been to this peets 3000 times. My latest today. I've had literally one of everything on the menu on purpose. Also i dont work for peets or any company they own but i dooooo looooove coffee. I probably spend $4500 annually on coffee alone between peets, Starbucks, and Nespresso vertuo. This peets is hit. Never miss. Abd further more after trying the whole menu i can say without a doubt the best drink by far at any Peet's is the caramel Frappe. You usually dont go to peets for flavor and go for only strength since their weakest coffee is about 14 times stronger than Starbucks strongest coffee. I get free Starbucks rewards all the time I've tried 10 shots of espresso and one Peet's Carmel frappe lasts like 5 hours longer and hits way harder. But it also tastes really good. Dont get anything with oat milk or anything seasonal. The Carmel frappe is the one. Its so good i bought two for me. One fir the morning one for the afternoon. ?Vegetarian options: You can get non dairy if you desireDietary restrictions: You can get keto friendly drinks hereParking: Its the mall theirs 10,000 parking spotsKid-friendliness: Lots of tables and chairs including unique cool wooden tree stump stoolsWheelchair accessibility: Has several wheel chair ramps and an automatic button door

This is our favorite place to drink coffee. We have visited several Peet’s locations, but what makes the Peet’s at Arden Fair so special is the quality of service. The employees are super friendly. They greet us by name and personalize the experience. They make us feel appreciated, and we appreciate them.
