Taste of home with every bite ? Definitely recommend their Pork Sisig. You can dine-in, take-out, especially with their combo choice meals or even order food trays for parties and gatherings. They have classic Filipino dishes that - try their Pork BBQ, Kare-Kare, Monggo, Beef Steak, Chop Suey, and so many more other choices. We've yet to try their Silog options for breakfast favorites. Also, their portion sizes are good for sharing combos or meal planning for the week.

It's our third time ordering food here; the rest of the staff is friendly and pleasant, and the food is fabulous, except for this lady; if you ask her a question, she will rudely answer you and be very sarcastic manner (it's like I'm back in the Philippines?). And her shirt speaks the way she deals with paying customers?

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don’t know who is in charge of answering phone orders but the lady hung up on me SEVEN times trying to put in a catering order.

I got hung up on 7 times trying to put in a catering order. The staff is so rude. I don't know who is in charge of taking phone orders, but you need some serious customer service training.

I ordered chicken inasal because I haven’t eaten one for a long time but they delivered pork bbq saying it’s a replacement. They didn’t even inform me. What makes them think I want pork bbq? The bbq looks old and I don’t eat pork so I just tossed it to the trash. Will never order again.

Very flavorful and good portions. Caldereta was nicely seasoned, while Kare Kare was a little bland.

They have a wide variety of foods to choose from. I wish their chicken pastel and pininyahang manok were on their regular menu. They're my favorite

After coming here at least 40 times within the last few years I would have to say today was the best experience I've ever had here. I was amazed and so thankful to FINALLY get great customer service from Phil House. Jerilyn and Liza helped me with my 2 item. Liza was training and jerilyn was training her. Both have amazimg customer service! Jerilyn prepared my tinola and sinigang and filled up both containers to the top without me having to ask as I've asked every single time I've come in. Thank you so much Jerilyn! Then I go to check out and Shirley helps me. Talk about above and beyond customer service. It's hit or miss if they have lemon juice, Shirley said they were out and went in the back and got me calamansi juice. Do you know that has never ever happened when I've asked before?!!!! Tonight's staff was beyond amazing and made my experience. Food was good, sinigang, tinola, great for this weather. Pancit always delicious. Thank you again! 5 stars!

For some reason this place doesn't have a lot of stars. My experience was pretty good. I enjoy the selection of food. I feel like it's a smidge spendy but for someone who doesn't get Filipino food a lot, this was worth it. The workers tend to have a lot of personal conversations but I don't mind that too much as long as I am being served adequately. They were helpful and nice. So I would say I had a good experience here.

I was excited to try this place since it's so close to where I live. My husband picked up around 4:30pm and although I didn't expect the food to be piping hot since it's pre-cooked and ready-to-serve, I expected it to be somewhat warm. Some of the food congealed by the time we got home and started eating it (~10 minutes). The menu is also somewhat confusing. Being not filipino, some of the dishes weren't clear to me if it was pork, chicken, or beef based off the name so I didn't really know the pricing since I thought it was based off S/M/L container rather than per pound. The saving grace was definitely the bbq pork skewer and pancit. Those had good flavor (even though the bbq pork skewer was COLD. Great once warmed up). We ordered the chicken adobo which was pretty good as well but I'm not sure what they gave was chicken. I think it was pork.I wouldn't get the sisig again or the beef dishes. The beef dish was too sour for my taste. I got he chicken skin - some were good and crispy and others were tough and chewy. I'd probably try it again and throw it in the oven. Lumpia was a disappointment. No crunch at all and super tiny. Was hoping to do a party tray but will probably just buy some from the store and deep fry myself.I'll be back for the pancit but have to think about some of the other dishes.

For Thanksgiving, I ordered Filipino food to introduce my cuisine to my husband's family. We ordered from Philhouse because we've been driving to Elk Grove for the last 2 years now because of how good and reasonably priced this place is so I trusted that the quality would be the same.I was right. We ordered pancit, fried chicken, lumpia and pork adobo (the green beans I made myself lol). His family loved it! Adobo was a hit (as usual). From previous experiences, the food here is like how you would get in in a family dinner setting in the Philippines. It tastes and feels like home.As for service, I speak Tagalog and I it's not frequent that I get to speak it so whenever I come here and get to joke with the Ates while ordering food, it's always such a nice time and makes me less homesick.I would recommend the following dishes when you visit:Bicol Express (my husband is HOOKED)Kare kareBistekPork adoboSisigSinigangI cannot recommend this place enough. It's inside Island Pacific too so you can do some grocery shopping when visiting!
