The Salty Plum tea and their Thai Tea are excellent. Pho is off the charts. The friend rice is the best I've ever had in the Sacramento area. Impeccable service. 10 stars out of 5. There are closer restaurants to me that have pho, but this one beats them by a mile.

Easy to park. Great food! We ordered the vermicelli with grilled pork and egg rolls along with banh mi. Both the egg rolls and banh mi were very crispy outside and soft inside. Nice and clean environment. A+ customer service. Will definitely come back!

I have so many good things to say about Pho Viet Anh. We were returning from Lake Tahoe after a full two days of skiing and wanted some good Vietnamese food before flying out of Sacramento Airport. What a great choice...not only is Pho such great comfort food after skiing and when traveling, but the service made the experience even better. The Restaurant was spacious, comfortable, and cozy. We loved the booth seating!We ordered Pho Tái and Crispy fried noodles with Beef. Pho broth was clear and savory, and so delicious. We love veggies so could have used more veggies and lemon but the taste really hit the spot. The Crispy fried noodles were perfectly prepared. Lots of tender beef, lots and veggies and the sauce was so delicious !Why I love Pho Viet Anh even more and will return every time we are in Sacramento is because of the owners/staff.Service was friendly, fast and so warm. Even though they were closing soon within 15mins of our arrival, they happily seated us, patiently served us and even told us not to rush. I complimented their house chili oil and house garlic shrimp sauce and he gave us two little sauce containers to go.Finally, I realized the next day , after we flew home from the US that I had lost my pouch with credit card and money. Called the next day and they found it in the booth where we sat. They transfered me all my cash, even refused to keep some as a token of thanks, and mailed me my cards.Good people exist here at Pho Viet Anh. They are angels in my opinion. The delicious food is bonus!!

This place has consistently delivered high quality food with amazing service. It has become my favorite Vietnamese spot in town. I highly recommend the vermicelli bowls, specifically the beef. Every single component of the dish is thoughtfully prepared, the beef is wonderfully charred and cooked to perfection. The shrimp and egg roll are amazing complimentary items.The tables are all set up with personal sauce dishes and the usual accompanying sauces. Make sure you get their garlic sauce!I always leave happy after visiting, highly recommend!

And when I asked about the garlic chilli sauce one of the owners came to the table and explained what is it in and gave for FREE a sample to go. An amazing experience ✌️ ??

So friendly! Super fast. Relaxing music. Spring rolls are the best with their homemade garlic oil (I mixed it with the peanut sauce). Chicken wings were so crazy crispy. Glad we stopped here on the way to Tahoe ?

I loved this place! The service was out this world! The man taking our order was so sweet and attentive. This place was also delicious. The spring rolls were so fresh. The eggs rolls were crunchy. The soup was tasty.

I always fear ordering takeout or delivery because for the most part, the food is just never quite the same after packaging and travel. Soup in particular takes thought, patience and a bit of TLC to package for delivery, especially soups that require assembly at home. All we ordered were Two combination pho for $60. $30 bucks a bowl an hour later and this better be substantial at a minimum but it was NOTHING close. The portion of noodles and meat was half of what it would have been in restaurant. Literally. They quartered 1 meatball for two soups. No garnishments for the soup (no bean sprouts, lime, basil, cilantro or onion) and no sauces (hoisin/satay). Rip-off.
