I just wanted to mention that this place, as the kids say, is unequivocally and absolutely "bussin". EVERY other poke place I go to will consider a 2 small pathetic pieces of meat a "scoop". I love poke because it's macro friendly and I can count on poke to giving me the amount of food I'd except for paying 20 dollars for. Thank you Poke Ichii for giving me quality and food and service 100% of the time. My only complaint is that I'm always severely disappointed when I have to resort to another poke place when I'm not in the area. Thank you for setting the standard. Love yall!

Got the worst food poisoning from here. It was a little smelly like rotting fish when I got in there, but they just opened so I thought maybe it is from the fish they just cut. I got a regular bowl with noodles and lots of veggies. The guy that was helping me was really rushing me, but it get it, it was lunchtime. Handed me a utensils and my food and didn't offer me a bag to carry out so I had to ask for one. It didn't taste right so I ate mostly the spicy tuna and veggies that was in my bowl. An hour later at work my stomach was twisting and I ended up having to go home early from the food. I know this is too much info, but I had to go use the restroom fives times as my stomach was killing me from the poke bowl. I am not sure if they used old fish from the day before, but be careful when going here if there is a stench in the air.

Delicious and the portion sizes are generous. I usually go to a different poke place in Natomas but this place will be my new go to. My only "complaint" is there isn't enough seating.

I live in Natomas and was having a Poke craving. I have tried Poke Fix but never tried this place. It is located off Arena two doors down from Mountain Mikes. I was going to order on Doordash but decided I needed to see it in person and ordered to go. Arrived around 11:30 on a Monday. After getting over the sticker shock of $17.50 for a regular bowl, I started with a half rice/half salad. The salad had a lot of ice berg vs. leafy greens. Didn't like that part. I did like the great assortment of proteins and BBQ tuna (my fav) was one of them that you normally don't see. I know Tofu is protein for the vegan, but it was $2.50 extra to add whereas most Poke places do not charge. I didn't see avocado? The spicy mayo was not spicy at all. In fact, the whole thing was dry and bland and I added 3-4 other different sauces so I had to raid my kitchen cabinets to make it not so dry. Decent amount in size of bowl and the portions were small on some scoops and then large on others. I also found myself bouncing around back and forth a lot along the line with the items he was asking me to choose. Usually at a Poke place you go in order down the line. I also found it odd that they mix the green onions in the sauce. Usually that is a dry topping. Service was so-so. When I tell you that this is my first time ever coming to your establishment, I feel that you should do your best to make a lasting impression so that I come back. This was not the case so I am not surprised that I was the only one in there. Disappointed. Probably won't be back by choice unless I am desperate.

I'm giving five stars because I honestly have no complaints, the servers are always helpful, they don't rush you, the food is always fresh and yummy. Although, If you are looking for a place to sit down inside this is not it it's more take out /fresh fast food. I'd say for the amount of "protein" they give you the price is pretty decent you're looking at spending around 18-19 for a bowl, but again keep in mind it's plenty of protein and they have a wider range than most poke places I have been to.

I was served spoiled fish today and currently dealing with food poisoning. It was over priced to add to the misery. I will never eat here nor recommend this place to anyone. STAY AWAY!

Always a hit. Great portions of fish. Great customer service. My go to place for a sushi or poke fix.
My family and I have been regularly going to this place for takeouts; very happy so far till TODAY. Transaction 034969. The server was QUYNH, never seen her before. She picked half a scoop of each item, dropped a few back and then put it in the bowl. As if she was serving us free. The bowl was about half full than usual. On top of all this, she was sneezing while she prepared our bowls. You will loose customers if you continue to keep her.

She picked half a scoop of each item, dropped a few back and then put it in the bowl. As if she was serving us free. The bowl was about half full than usual. Excellent food but horrible customer service. There was a girl working and she laughed for no reason during service. We asked for no spicy Mayo and went home got spicy Mayo on our food, which is a waste of our time. Will give another try for this location but hopefully improve the customer service
