I get fried Chicken here all the time when I want Popeyes chickens. They have the best fried chickens even compared to another Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in the area. The chickens here are more crispy and usually bigger. I like the mashed potato and gravy here too.The drive-thru window here usually has a line waiting. Sometimes the line is pretty long. Fortunately, the line moved very quickly.Parking: More parking space is available in the parking lot with a short walk.
We ordered 8 chicken tenders and 6 biscuits and it came to $31 ? No drink, no fries, no sides. Just 8 strips (not full pieces of chicken) and 6 biscuits. Why don't the strips/tenders come a la carte? Because I swear we paid for a meal and only got the chicken.

First and foremost I would like to say to say If I was able to rate this place, it would be a 0. This is not the first time my order has been incorrect or missing something. We had ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches through doordash. Both sandwiches were not spicy. We also ordered beans and rice, and the beans/rice were no where to be found. The fries are ALWAYS stale. I will not be buying from here again.

I've been a fan of Popeyes for a while now, and this location in Sacramento did not disappoint,and overall, I had a pleasant experience.The staff members were friendly and welcoming, and the service was efficient.The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. The highlight of my visit was the delicious chicken. The crispy coating and juicy meat were absolutely mouthwatering. The Cajun fries were also flavorful and had the perfect amount of seasoning.The only reason I'm not giving it a full 5 stars is because the wait time for my order was a bit longer than I expected.Nonetheless, I would definitely recommend Popeyes for their tasty chicken and satisfying sides.

I ordered on the app and arrived in about 20 min. Waited for 10 min before someone asked what I needed to pick up. Waited another 10 min for them to tell me I had to wait another 15 min for the chicken. This whole time the tall, chubby, Asian guy cooking chicken and fries was NOT efficient at all. Then he walks out and sits down at the dining area (I guess he was waiting with all of us). I left to pick up something else nearby, pulled up to the drive-thru for my mobile order and waited another 8 min (excluding the time I waited for someone to greet me through the intercom). In total, and according to the time on my receipt, I waited 68 min for my order of 12 mixed chickens - chicken only. It wasn't even that busy, so many employees walking around doing God knows what. The rack of chicken and fries are empty. They're not as efficient as they were before. Not to mention when I ordered several weeks ago, they gave me all mild when I asked for half and half. This place is a joke.
this is the best popeyes i’ve ever been to. chicken is fresh, employees and managers well mannered and look presentable. overall, great restaurant!
