Love this place. Come almost weekly and every staff member we have encountered is fantastic - friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I have never experienced something taking 45 minutes to make or a technical glitch with their equipment (even if I did - I wouldn't slam the business with a 1 star review because of a 1-off situation - lighten up people and be nice!). Keep it up Ice Blocks Pressed - you're doing a great job!

The entire staff was so kind despite the awful heat in the store. It seems they either don’t have ac or it was broken, but I will not be returning to this store until they fix it because the heat is so miserable. I am not sure how the staff stands there for hours at a time

I became a VIP member and ordered juice for myself and for my mom. The lady at the counter took her time to educate on the juice and let me try over 8 different flavors! I ended up walking out with 18 juices! Each carefully picked and delicious.

I give this place so many chances because other locations are amazing. But every single time I come here even when I order 30 minutes ahead of time, it takes forever to get my order. I can't believe that it takes 45 or more minutes for one açaí bowl. I'm so disappointed and annoyed with this location. Every single time. It doesn't fail.

I'm not too into juices, but I do go to Pressed for their acai bowls. My favorite is the Acai Original Bowl. It's nice and simple with the basic bananas, blueberries, strawberries, and granola. Their acai base is served from a soft serve type looking machine. It kind of reminds me of a froyo but smoothie icy texture if that makes any sense. I like that it doesn't melt fast and survives a 10min drive home no problem. Service here has always been fast. I'm not sure if they do this anymore, but if you download their app and sign up as a new member to their rewards program you get 1 free juice.

We recently left dog training with our dog and headed to R Street for lunch at nearby Shake Shack. We come to this area once or twice a month. While training our dog, imagine our surprise when one of your employees ran out of the store and verbally accosted us for training our dog.She had absolutely NO right to publicly embarrass us for using approved training techniques with our wonderful dog. Even after we explained to her what we were doing, she continued to chastise us outside of the store. We will never set foot in this store again. Horrible experience.
Their juices are always so fresh and yummy! My sister has one of their memberships and it's nice to get a little off the 6-packs! Anyway, I'm a big fan of all of their green juices!

The employees are very nice and the store stays pretty stocked. The strawberry orange mango smoothie is my go to. Definitely enjoy their rewards program.

I love coming to Pressed to get juices to substitute snacks throughout the week. I ordered the new Blood Orange Kumquat, and it tastes more orangy than I would have liked. I also purchased my normal shots, probiotic, chlorophyll and I'm trying reset.

The Young lady that helped us was great! However the the co-worker was loud and disrespectful talking about politics with a customer. It made the experience bad. If we go back there, and see that guy again, we will not go in. Too loud and too unprofessional.Again, the lady that helped was great, and attentive.
