This rating is more about the service. I ordered a ginger tea drink and requested to be hot. I received it cold. When I told her I said I wanted it hot, she claims she didn't hear I said hot. I would have accepted her answer, but she continued with "I already made it!" rudely. That is not acceptable! She was just not a happy person today.To the owner, I come here to support your business. I enjoy your food and drinks. Sometimes, employees need to be reevaluated or maybe a refresher on customer service. We all have bad days but this employee really showed her dissatisfaction today.

The MANGO ESCAPE SMOOTHIE with the Honey Bobba is my all time favorite !!! It's made with Mango , Strawberry ?, & Passion Fruit.Their Churros & Coconut Fried Shrimp are super yummy as well ?

This is a fast snacking place with an Asian heritage. It has teas, smoothies, flavored ice drinks and snacks galore and rice bowls. I usually will have a large tea or a smoothy to cool off on a hot day. But if I am hungry, I will get a snack or two with a rice bowl. They will serve the order within a 5 - to 10-minute wait.There are many different sizes for the drink. Each drink can be topped with a wide range of toppings.

The staff is very flexible with the bubble tea recipes, and the customized flavors are usually delicious. You should try the snack menu as well.
This is usually my go to quickly spot but not today. I arrived around 4:40pm and ordered 6 drinks. They were busy so I get that but after 30 minutes, my drinks haven't been made at all, not even 1. I've seen that people who came after me already got their 1-2 drinks. I knew right away that they rather get the 1-2 drinks order out of the way but doesn't make it right for me who's been waiting for my drinks. At 5:15, I Requested for a refund. They tried making it right for 50% off but no, I'm sorry. I've waited long enough. I was not going to wait another 10 minutes for my drinks. Tickets should be worked in the order they come in. Do better next time.

Drinks are always awesome. Boba is sometimes kind of hard in the center. Consistency with drinks and food depends on who's serving you. Most food is really, really good. For reference, I come to Quickly 1 to 4 times a week.I would usually give this place 5 stars, but this night ruined it for me.I usually get the popcorn chicken, but it's been very raw, or slightly undercooked a few times the last few months. I get this item all the time because it usually rocks.Last night one of my two favorite workers, and a new one, were working. They sent me out with very pink, spongy chicken. I walked back to get it replaced, and it was worse than the first batch. Didn't realize until I'd gotten home because I figured the first time was a fluke. It's been questionable before, but never straight up raw. 90% of the time it's cooked perfectly.When I called for the second time, asking for a refund this time, the new person didn't know how to do it. I had to walk back to Quickly 3 times in one night. It felt like they were more annoyed at the hassle than anything and that sucked. One of my regular workers, who I thought I had great rapport with, was pretty cold. There was no apology, just "I don't know why this has been happening." And then she said absolutely nothing to me the second time around. It happens - but it bummed me out that I spent like 45 minutes trying to get dinner home. They were out of one of my items and didn't say anything until we came to pick it up, and then the chicken was raw. In a $35 order, I only got two large teas and a side of masubi. I had two pieces of masubi to feed two people, and the refund would take 3-5 days.I gave two stars because I was sent home with raw chicken two times in one night and customer service regarding the issue left a lot to be desired.Edit: gave 4 stars because I haven't had issues with the chicken since

Sometimes the boba teas are the best in midtown, and sometimes they're WAAAAY oversteeped. It's really luck of the draw here, but when you get a good one, it's great!
