I went here to try an empanada, I ordered a spicy chicken empanada. The crust was flavorful and rich, like a nice pastry. The filling was flavorful and warm, the texture was sort of dense, more like a refried bean texture than a taco like filling. If Bad Bakers empanada is a 10, this was a 6.

Often times not ready to serve food lots of lost income for this place. They open late without any food available except their pastries. Cook is so lazy does not want to prepare palabok or chicken empanada. They only prepare so little chicken empanada too so they always run out. Too bad.

This review is for their $10 meal special. I got an order of pancit palabok, slice of mango cake with drink and an order of 2 empanadas(chicken), slice of mango cake and drink of your choice. For its value alone, it's a pretty good deal. The palabok was really good and their empanadas are always on point. The mango cake was fresh and moist. I would definitely come back and buy it again. Service was fast and friendly.

Nice bakery. We stopped by here to try their mamon bread and ordered a purple and a yellow one. They both tasted great with coffee.It was towards their last 30 minutes before closing and so they would only accept card payments, but that was fine with us.

I love this bakery in front of Seafood City in South Sacramento. The cakes and the baked goods are so colorful and pretty. Most of them are delicious too! Red Ribbon Bakeshop has many pastries I can't find at the other bakeries. I love the Butter Mamon, Triple Chocolate Roll, and the Ube Coconut Roll. The Mango Supreme Cake is very delicious too. The bakery looks clean, and the items are well-displayed. The workers are pleasant, and the service is fast. The only thing I'm concerned about is the parking lot, which has many homeless in there. I want to pick up the baked goods ASAP and leave!

I stopped here to get empanadas for lunch. They had a buy 5 get 1 free special, so I ordered the beef, original chicken, and spicy chicken. I took them to my place of work and everyone enjoyed them. My favorite was the beef empanada.

The staff is either incompetent or doesn't read instructions from my Ubereats order. Customer service trumps all. And I'm on the phone for the third time calling this location to let them know that my order is partially complete, someone picked up the phone and hung up. It's been 10mins and the phone is still ringing.Management of RedRibbon, train your staff to do the most basic tasks such as attentiveness to customer requests, such as writing a Happy Birthday on a cake. That simple!!! Really, who would order a round cake and not assume it's for a birthday. Common sense people!My family ate the cake and my mother inlaw noticed it's very dry. My father inlaw says, maybe it's been sitting on display for days that it was the old cake they boxed up. Whatever it was, it's definitely not worth $54.+I now know the example of wasting money. Never going back to this bakery again.
Red ribbon is conveniently located just inside seafood city, perfect for your grocery and bakery needs. It's a one stop shop !The 5 stars alone are for their ever so popular mango supreme cake ! It always comes in clutch for the people in your life who aren't the biggest fans of chocolate and vanilla . I've surprised friends and family with this cake alone, and it just never seems to disappoint anyone . Aside from their mango supreme cake , the mocha crunch is pretty good too, I just haven't ordered it as much as the mango supreme . Customer service is good, ordering is easy, and the mango supreme is great ! Feeling fruity ? Get the mango supreme cake !

Every time I get a chance to go to seafood city I get palabok from red ribbon however the quality of the palabok gets worse every time. The last one I got had more tendons and ligaments and whatever else on the ground pork I had to throw the whole palabok. What a waste!

When craving Pancit Palabok, I come here to fulfill my craving!! Perfect amount! It is served with eggs, green onions, and chicharon bits, their sauce is what completes it and of course the lemon ? juice!!!
