I am not one to leave bad reviews. I give a lot of credit to wait staff and have a lot of forgiveness for mistakes. However, this is a well deserved one star. Service was very unpleasant and unfriendly. Nothing outwardly rude but not a single smile, thank you, or how are you. Took a while to get drink orders in and they rushed meal orders at the waitresses first visit to the table. A beer and glass of scotch took excessively long to come out. Food took a long time and the appetizers came out at the same time as the meal. When the meals came, they dropped my steak on the ground and barely cleaned up the mess. The steak they dropped was also a ribeye and not the New York strip I ordered. They then brought out a new steak and it was also a ribeye. The steak was beyond well done, flavorless, tough, and more steamed than seared. I was aware this was not a steakhouse and was not expecting an extraordinary cut of meat, but was expecting something more edible. The mashed potatoes were cold and other people in my party said their plates were cold when the food arrived. I try to be forgiving and easy going but this was all around a poor experience.

On St. Patrick’s Day they’re understaffed it took 25 minutes to get a beer. Then we were told they were out of that beer. Then it took another 16 minutes to get another beer. They ran out of Saint Patrick’s special. My husband didn’t order anything and I ordered the fish and

Gravy would work better if it were called flavored water, food portion is made to feed an infant child, somehow they manage to make frozen veggies taste even worse, got some bread that looked like they crushed cheezits ontop and baked it, walked out feeling like I hadn't eaten, and somehow they manage to slap a 20-30 dollar price tag on it all for food that tastes worse than my local highschool concessions

Ricardo Sibrian, the owner of Brannan Manor You turned this place to a disgrace. What is wrong with you? Who charges for water and restaurants or bars? Your food is disgusting. I got sick eating your burgers. I have contacted The board of health to check your restaurant out for violations. Bar rescue should come back and close you down. Please do not eat in this restaurant. Their rude and nasty. The food sucks totally horrible experience. They charge you for high and alcohol. When you ask for a bacardian Coke, they give you something else. That's way more expensive. It's different kind of fees added to your bill. For no reason, you ask for a burger. They charging you for the condiments.Somebody please close this place down. It's such a grace to bar. Rescue
On a sunny Saturday afternoon after raining constantly, we wanted to go in and check out the drink menu as we were exploring old sac. We just like a majority of others saw this on bar rescue (great show right), now I didn't have any food so this review is for service and logic. First of all why did I feel like I got pressured in when I just wanted to talk about viewing a drink menu (you already have a food menu being advertised outside so why can't I see a drink menu without having to sit down?) . I said ok, let's sit down because if that's the system, let's do it. The thing that gets me... why on earth in this financial climate in 2024 do you not have any prices listed on any of your liquor menu drinks? Being mysterious is not an aesthetic, being too "fancy" to list drink prices does not make the business upscale, and judging by others reviews, freezer burn and food poisoning doesn't mean you are restaurant. That combined with a low light and even lower music volume made me leave very fast, if this is how you "attract" customers in, you should revamp your process and show the drink menu outside and put prices on it! (I liked the wacky inflatable car inflatable guy outside though).

Was a little reluctant to give them a try since their reviews were not all that great. Decided to give them a try anyway and make up our own minds. Waitress was friendly, not pushy, did give us time to look over the menu before going in. We could sit at a table by the window or a tall table with a bench or the bar. We choose the tall table. They have multiple TVs so if your in to sports you'll have lots of entertainment. I had their steak fajitas and my son had a burger. Serving sizes were plentiful so we both left happy. My only negative would be the location of their bathrooms. Downstairs, dimly lit, very isolated. I didn't feel safe so had son go with me and guard the door. Parking meters throughout the area, you might need to drive around a bit to find an open space.
