Scorpio has a very friendly and welcoming staff. Not pretentious like many other cafes I have been too. The toast was smushed because I got it to go but it is still beautiful and tasty. I don't usually like pear but it works so well with the ricotta and fluffy shokupan bread. Plenty of seating but full of people, an indication that the cafe is well liked. Sleek, clean & minimalist that is what comes to mind when I think of Scorpio coffee. It's a tiny cafe with limited seating but perfect for a solo coffee date or for a pair. I arrived at 10AM and there was a bit of a line. Once it was my turn at the counter, the barista apologized for the wait and he asked me if I had any questions regarding the menu.
