I paid $16 for a bowl of soup, assuming there would be more than this. This is insanely tiny for the price.

Avoid this place, you will drive miles to come and read a dirty handwritten notice that they are CLOSED for the day. Shame! How could the company let this happen, read all the comments it wasn't me alone.

While I appreciate fast service, the only critique I have is that the cashier seemed to be in a rush. She spoke so fast I had to ask her to repeat herself a couple times while she was taking my order. My food came out quickly and tasted great. I didn't think the cashier was being rude to me, but I did feel like I needed to hurry up which is why I gave 4/5 stars.

This was our very first time there and will DEFINITELY be the last. I have NEVER experienced such terrible customer service. The cashier was very rude service was Terrible. We ended up getting our money back so I can't even comment on the food- the customer service was beyond ridiculous and I couldn't even eat there after how we were treated. I asked for a manager and she just laughed and said "ohhh the manager never comes in." Would not give me her name- looked right over me and said NEXT to the customer behind me. I would NEVER recommend this place after the customer service that was provided. Terrible experience!! Will never return!

I was at the Sacramento location today on Broadway today and had awful service from some rude red head sandwich maker. She had a attitude the whole time she dealt with taking my order. She clearly hates her job and the public. When she brought my turkey sandwich to my table that I watched her make, she used the heel of the Rye loaf bread when making it. That was a clear choice of hers to make. My sandwich was soft bread on one side and hard on the other. The whole experience was unpleasant due to her. I won't ever visit that location again.

Literally every time I doordash from here, something is missing. French dip without dip sauce. No drinks.

Nice staff, even though they have no idea what the prices are. Ridiculous prices, though. Tiny sandwiches for almost $10. Soup cup is maybe 6 oz, and only half-full. They charge you extra for the bread on your sandwich. Pretty awful overall.

The Sandwiches are the best and the service is even better! Helena is so friendly, accommodating and in general just rocks!

Drove from Los Angeles to Placerville last week and stopped at this location for lunch. After a near 400-mile drive, my brisket sandwich tasted great and was very welcome after our early start. When visiting the area in January, I was not able to try the chili. I was looking forward to trying it. MMMM!!! Very tasty! Rest of the fam enjoyed their picks as well. Good food with good service! I do wish Sourdough & Co. would venture to the south part of our state so I could enjoy their delicious offerings more often.

Best costumer service the second time in a row, Kevin helped us this time and he was very polite and efficient. The chicken salad sandwich was delicious and very fresh. The ambiance is very nice, and they have an exterior patio you can eat at. Definitely will be back. Thank you guys. Jesus R.

Food is good but the younger staff could use some training. After walking in, without greeting or acknowledgement, I stood at the counter for a few minutes waiting for someone. Not once did one of the employees making a sandwich at the counter turn and say “please be patient, we’ll be with you as soon as possible”. A little recognition goes a long way when someone is trying to patronize your establishment. I walked into chipotle, got a friendly greeting, had my food and out the door in less time than I stood in line at this sandwich place.

Just now tried to go in to order. Workers rudely said "we're closing" I asked if we could still order and she said just soup or salad because apparently the oven was broken. The pure fact that we were rudely greeted is the reason I won't be coming back. I frequent a business on the same street as this Sourdough, so I'll be sure to tell my colleagues not to go here either.

Sourdough & Co is where it's at! Helena & Jayla... they are the bomb along with the sandwiches! Our sandwich was so fresh, and ready to go when we walked in the door after ordering over the phone, Helena stated she would have our order ready as soon as we got there and within 10 minutes it was ready to go! These two are the best duo! So friendly, bubbly, good personalities and give top tier customer service! 10/10 highly recommend!! Thank you ladies! Lunch was fire!
