Great selection of fresh donuts. As usual, there is a particular thing I like. In this case, it is a chocolate cruller. A wonderfully thick icing, fresh eggy dough, man these are good! Inside dining area, drive thru, espresso and quick service. Traditional donut shop ambiance with some Asian decor.

I am a regular there and this is all it took ..the woman was making a drink for me and she dropped the lid on the floor and put it on my drink ..not a very santized situation....i will go to a different donut shop after watching her do that..eeew..i didnt drink it!

Tried the chocolate donut. Chocolate frosting mild chocolate flavor, without artificial taste. Though sometimes the artificial taste feels right, this frosting is on point. The donut itself had the perfect level of bounce, the rise on it was perfection. A reserved sweetness, spot on salt level, and perfectly doughy flavor. 12 oz coffee only 1.50 with roast options, the dark was fantastic. The perfect morning pairing. There is a drive through and also great, cheap, breakfast options. Perfect donut shop ambiance, part of which being the fast, formal service.

I looooove this donut shop so much!! The donuts are fresh and they have a great selection. Plus I’ve tried their breakfast sandwiches and hands down the best! The ham, egg and cheese on a croissant does NOT disappoint!!! My picky eater kid even loves the sausage breakfast sandwich! Their prices are affordable as well! I will GLADLY pick this place for breakfast over any fast food chain ANY DAY! Oh, and the family that runs it are so nice!! Definitely go here!! One more thing, they have a drive thru! You don’t even have to get out of the car!Kid-friendliness: Great place to take the kids and have them pick out donuts!

Went thru the drive-thru. Guy at window served me super fast and got the order out in less than 5 mins. The bacon, egg, cheese croissant was AMAZING. Also had a basic glaze and chocolate donut…both were best I’ve ever had!!! ?

Okay, Spudnuts is locally owned/operated and oh-so-yummy! We pop in every week for our fix. We get there just after they open so, since there are only 2 people cooking and running the front counter and drive-thru, we will have to wait for certain items to be cooked. No need to get bent outta shape about it, you will be getting hot, fresh items, so it's worth it! It is a family thing, they own another location in Sac. They don't chat much because they are kicking a**! Haven't gone anywhere else for doughnuts in years.

Apple fritter review #4: Before I begin I want to say that Spudnuts and I go way back, there was one across the street from my uni back in the 90's and I'm sure I went there way too often. Spudnut donuts are unique in the best way. I have only been to this location a handful of times though, and I don't know if I'd ever had the apple fritter before. Glaze: Adequate, has a strong vanilla(?) flavor. 3 stars. Outside: Could be crunchier. 3 stars. Inside: Soft moist and fluffy! 5 stars. Filling: Not a lot but makes up for it by being too sweet. 3 stars. I'll do 4 stars.

This guy is very nice to me he has a heart I went homeless in the process of failing a business in the past and he gave me a discount for me to eat in the past I hope all of sacramento gives him their money he has great prices great donuts and food on top he is just a good Samaritan it'd a rare thing he deserves sacramento to root for this guy just based on his heart
