This place is SERIOUSLY over priced and will buckle and dime you for anything more than a plain burger!!!! Absolutely ridiculous that sac airport doesn’t have ANY affordable options like all the other airports. They intentionally chose restaurants that cost and arm and a leg for food that is needed for those with medical conditions who HAVE to eat. Smh go to another airport if you want to eat.

The food was served in a timely manner, however, when asking the staff for my drink that she forgot to give me, she looked so annoyed by her own inconvenience. I'm not sorry that her job interferes with her tiktoking.

I had 40 minutes until my flight boarded. I thought that was enough time to order a pressed burger and fries. NOOOOOOOOPE. I didn't realize that 4 other orders were in front of mine and the staff only work on a single order at a time. Maybe catch on to how slow your operation is when everyone that places an order has to ask when they will be receiving it! Don't waster your time and just go over to the Iron Horse tavern. Service will be faster! What a joke!!!!

It's ridiculous how slow and disorganised this place is. A small, understaffed team compete random tasks (no assigned duties) to get customers their overpriced mediocre food very slowly. I do not recommend this place for anyone in a hurry (who could be in a hurry at the airport?) or with culinary standards.

The slowest “fast food” ever. The cook is cooking one item at a time with about 5 minutes per order. Orders are called sequentially. 20 minute wait for 1 burger and fries. No sense of urgency. Ordering is at a screen in the front. 1 cooking. 1 standing doing nothing. 1 walking around and putting food out front. Food and fries are good, but not good if you have to scarf it down in a hurry since she’s been all your time waiting for food before your plane.

Not the right choice of cheese for a burger and honestly too much of it. Who wants big chunks of hot melted cheese falling out on your fingers as you try to eat your burger? Otherwise it was just ok but a double cheeseburger combo was over $25 so I don't know if just ok is good enough.
