This Starbucks is located next to the Capitol and the Hyatt Regency in Downtown Sacramento. It's a great spot if you're in the area and need a coffee/food. The location is great for visiting the Capitol/park before or after your visit.

It just closes hilariously early for a Starbucks. Unless I want to double fist coffees in the middle of the day I won’t be having any coffee after work.

I wish I can give them 10 stars lol. I was staying at the Hyatt and used the gym next door, stopped by to pick up some drinks on my way back to the room. The service experience...world class. I have never experienced this level of service at a Starbucks store. It was almost surreal and I was in shock. The girl that was ringing me up was so patient and so kind to me it gave me hope for humanity lol. I wish I got her name but I did submit a feedback to corporate with the receipt number (#015790) so hopefully they can track her down and commend her for a job well done. In fact, they should promote her to a manager position ASAP!

Terrible service. Employees are so rude. Got a caramel brûlée latte which comes with whip and no whip. I asked for whip and employee got annoyed. The store was dead. Employees are so rude. Maybe get a job not working with people.

My go to local downtown coffee place was closed so I walked on over to this Starbucks. It's right next to the Hyatt hotel. It's a bustling place. They do swiftly crank out the drinks but the customer service can be a hit or miss. My last interaction here with staff was just to bizarre for me to want to return. The male barista starting taking the order of the man standing behind me even though I was next in line. I was standing in front of the register. The barista tells the man " I can help who is next". The customer points to me. Again the barista repeats the same statement while looking at the customer. I start speaking and the male customer takes two giant steps back. FINALLY the barista starts talking my order. He turns to me and politely assists me. Such a surreal experience.

context: went from thursday morning to the weekend during a hosa conference! stayed at the hyatt regency hotel, and went at 8AM... but the service I talk about still applies at other hours. service: very busy and crowded, took around 15-20 minutes to get my order. i noticed mobile orders were being pushed out very quickly and done before others so order from your phone instead! food: sausage, egg and cheese was very good like you'd expect it to be. starbucks i gót the paradise drink tasted very good- but after you finish the cold foam it's a bitter aftertaste.ambiance: tight space, very crowded and loud! clean, and lots of options.neighborhood starbucks you'd expect from a hotel full of teenagers.

Whereas other Starbucks that are in hotels, you aren't able to do that in advance.Time saver if you're running late, or if you're an early riser.
